Shocking service, 5 taxis assigned and all cancelled and left waiting for 35+ minutes and no taxi ever arrived.would not recommend or use again after this experience. 1 star is too generous

We booked a taxi to go to the airport. We booked it the previous day for 10.30. We rang them twice as the taxi did not show up. We called them twice, they put us on a supposed "priority list" but the car never showed upm we had to make 2 trips in our car with a baby and a toddler. Terrible service. I don't recommend using them at all.

The taxi driver charged us a premium devices -$50, for a 10 minutes drive. Not worth it, drive is ridiculously and not in a safe manner. Was more worried about payment than driving us, Nimber plate, TAXI 2321, SA

Terrible- booked a Maxi-cab 2 days in advance but they didn’t arrive. As we had 9 people having to go to their formal this was most disappointing. When we called to ask where the cab is they said oh there’s no one available but I’ll mark it priority but they’ll be at least another 15 minutes away. As this was booked in well in advance I don’t understand how it wasn’t a priority? We ended up driving the kids in otherwise they would have been very late for their formal. Seriously disappointing.

Why have an online booking service if you don't have the taxi's. We had a written contract you didn't fulfill your end. If I miss my flight, I will sue you for breach of said contract as there's 2 adults and 4 children now walking to a bus with a buttload of suitcases.

3rd time pre-booked fare has not arrived on time. Driver not allocated until after pickup time and had to come from the airport.may as well not bother with booking. Will not be using the service again.
Drivers lovely, but booking system letting them down.

I pre booked a maxi for a specified time, provided my credit card detail and expected my booking would be honoured. Apparently this isn’t actually a booking at all and it becomes a ‘request’ at the time you booked for-not when placed many hours earlier. When I called 30mins after my booked time, I was informed I was on a priority list but it was still at best, 45mins away. 2 cabs were subsequently sent instead, at a price exceeding my original booking and this could not be honoured. Not to mention 1.5 hours after my booked time.
The cost is annoying but the disappointment is they didn’t tell me this booking couldn’t be honoured and I had to make the call and this was 30mins after my original booking time…. Glad I wasn’t trying to get to a flight. Avoid this service if you can, I’ll do what I can to avoid it in the future

Booked a taxi to the airport with one stop on the way for 3.30am and after waiting until 3.50am and no taxi I cancelled so-called booking and caught an Uber

Do not use. Company cancelled my booking without telling me. When I called back 50min later after I originally booked coz no one had turned up (and i was told 10-12min) I was informed as I had not called in 10-15min they assumed I did not need it anymore and cancelled it. Female staff member was very rude when I called back for an eta - and to think the first guy was so nice.

Placed a booking for pick up 3 hours in advance. No taxi showed up for the time I booked for! It finally arrived with 45 minutes delay!
Contacted 13cab service desk, I was told that for the reservation in advance, there is no guarantee that you have a taxi! My question: what’s a purpose for booking a taxi in advance then? Why they have this option?

Booked a minibus the day beforehand and it never showed up for the time selected. In fact it never showed up at all which meant we were late to a special event

On time for my airport run, I scheduled in advance on the app. Driver was nice. Was worried to see the reviews are mainly negative and it’s the only cab that services my area in the hills but no complaints from me!

The worst thing about it is that you can’t make a 0 star review.

My dad needed a maxi cab to get to an Easter event from the hospital and I booked it at 1pm. Phoned up multiple times. No response and could not get through to a person.

Eventually got fed up and called another service. At 2pm, they phone me. They ask where my dad is and they have the audacity to ask for money after their useless service! I was then notified by my son that 13cabs has 1.9 stars. My disappointment is indescribable.

Terrible service. Vulnerable person lost phone in their cab, filled out a form online stating URGENT but no reply after 2 weeks.zero customer service.

I always support cabbies, I won't use Uber or any foreign owned ride share company.

The cab was clean and the driver was lovely.

Booked a maxi taxi in advance for 11am the next day. Driver showed up in a small car at 10: 20 and called to say he had arrived. We were on our way back to the apartment and he wouldn't wait until 10: 30 for us to get back, was rude on the phone and hung up on me when I asked if the company would send another taxi. They didn't. Almost didn't make it to the airport on time.

On 13 Jan 2022 I called to make a BOOKING for taxi to a medical appointment. I was never asked WHAT time and just got a reply that the cab is on its way. As it was too early for me, as the RECORDED message was played on 3 occasions I pressed 2 to either speak to the driver or cancel the booking. Neither seemed to work and as I was in the shower, I DO NOT know if the cab arrived or not. DISGUSTING LACK OF ATTENTION and I WILL NEVER think of 13Cabs again.

Absolutely disgusting service. Booked in a taxi in McLaren Vale, had a driver call to ask where we were going then hung up on me when I said it was just around the corner. Booked in another taxi, called after it was 20 minutes late to find that driver had marked the job complete. Booked in a third to have the driver call again to ask where we were going and didn't arrive 20 minutes after he was due. We are stuck waiting because we decided to rely on this company for a days service. Found some locals to take us somewhere so we did the right thing and cancelled the 4th booking only to have the reception staff say thanks and also hung up abruptly. Would not offer this company my business or a cent in the future.

Booked a cab online the day before I needed it and the cab did not turn up. Had to ring that morning and eventually the cab turned up but he did get me to my destination on time
