75 Very unprofessional service. Staff just hung up on me. I booked taxi on behalf of my elderly clients. Complaint was not addressed.
I do not recomend at all this service
Called to schedule a cab last week, booked it, and it just never showed up. My sister scheduled and called a cab this week to take us home and that also just never showed up.
It’s really no wonder that Uber and DiDi have businesses with such horrendous setups as 13CABS. I’ve rarely had a good experience with this mob in any city in Australia and I’ve travelled a lot. I only ever get cabs when in dire straits and one is available immediately. My latest experience however was worth writing about; we booked a cab through the app, paid up front for a trip to the airport the following morning (50% more than what we’d paid from the airport to the residential address two days previous) and set our alarms for the following day at 04: 30 to ensure we were at the airport on time. We got up the following day, all packed and even had our 4 year old son up and ready as well and waited for the cab. When I checked the app I was met with an apology that the booked, confirmed and paid for cab was no longer going to arrive, not going to be late, was not going to turn up. I called the 13CABS number and was told that in the whole of Adelaide there was no maxi available, even though it was confirmed just the night before. We needed a maxi due to the luggage we had and informed 13CABS of this in the note section of the booking. We eventually called an Uber and arrived at the airport on time after cancelling the 13CABS. Not a great start to the day but has come to be an expectation of 13CABS.
Waited half an hour for a taxi only for them to call me to say they are really busy and to call, my local taxi company, which I did call and couldn't get a cab.
Now i can't get to where I needed to be by the time I needed.
Needs to be an uber service in Mount Barker. Taxis are an absolute over priced joke.
Terrible service. Booked taxi well in advance, received message they were arriving but they never showed up. Took another 1 hour for another taxi to show up. Missed my appointment as a result and driver wouldn't accept my Transport Subsidy card.
3rd time that we have pre booked a taxi for an early morning pick up. 3rd time they have failed to pick up. Will stick with Ubers from now on.
I booked a Maxi Taxi for 8 people (7 days of anticipation.) We were in the place and the taxi never arrived. I called the company (10 minutes on hold) the just said “wait 12 minutes more” after 1 hour we had to cancel cause we already lost the booking in our destination place. WORST service ever
Would give zero stars if possible, booked a day in advance never showed. Downloaded Uber and it got there in under 10mins. Don’t ever use 13cabs!
A vision impaired friend of mine uses this service to get around to places, almost every time the driver's go around the long way. The last driver he had actually too away his id card so I couldn't see his name, in which I thought was not allowed. I have since put another taxi number on to his phone as I'm tired of these drivers taking advantage of my friend. They deserve no stars
Terrible experience. Mavi is the worst driver that has ever been encountered by me. Rude and unprofessional. Never again
Simply Not reliable service. Something you don’t need when going to the airport.
Booked a Maxi Taxi to the airport. Taxi was late and I call them. The operator was really not helpful and keep saying: ”wait another 10 minutes and then call us again”. After the third call I cancel the taxi (40 minutes after the original booked time). Thanks god our neighbours saw us in distress and offer us a lift to the airport. I will never use them again.
The website doesn't work is it freezes on PC and mobile devices an won't let anyone book a taxi
Put my stuff in the boot, boot closes on me mid way, due to it being broken. Get in the taxi, it positively reeks of sweat and food. Absolutely disgusting. This is 11: 40am. You would think the driver would of had a shower.
CHAMP taxis (aka 13cab) are terrible. Do not travel in them. Worst customer service experience and got charged twice. Put in a complaint and haven't received a response. Its been 4 weeks!
I travelled for the first time in a 13cabs taxi aka CHAMP taxi 4 weeks ago. My experience was horrible. Not only did I have to put my bag in the boot of the car myself, but when we got to my home, it was raining. The driver didn’t even get out of the car! Once I paid, he said bye. I was very taken a back. So, I got out of the car opened the boot myself and got my bags. I’m glad I asked for a receipt as he also charged me twice for the airport fee! Driver clearly didn’t think my ride was a big enough fare, so he has charged me for his entry back into the airport. First experience with the company and I will never ever use this service again.

Very bad experience, will never book with this company again. The driver was very rude and refused to pick us up baceuase we have two kinds 6 and 7 years old althought we have booked Maxi Taxsi in advance with all details provided about our number which is just 4!
Absolutely hopeless I ordered one taxi to collect me after dropping my car off for repairs. They called and said they had wrong address weren't coming, told me to book another. I did this and no one showed up. Will never book with this company again
If you EVER have this driver (photos below) do not accept the ride if you have booked through their app. He will ask you for the cash up front only to have the company charge your card later therefore paying him twice. If you don't pay up front he will call the police on you. This happened to me just now. Apologies for the quality of the pics
Booked for 5am. Rolls up 5.20am. Said hello and that was the end of his conversation. Then continuously all the way to the airport he was on his phone in another language.
Pre-ordered cab for a meeting. Was supposed to arrive at 11: 40, checked the app and they hadn't even assigned a cab by 11: 40. Taxi didn't arrive until 11: 55. Not impressed. Don't see the point of pre-booking if they can't arrive on time. Taxi was clean and driver polite though. Will try another company next time.
DON'T USE!
over 45min wait, spoke to the driver after 20 and told him he is too late and don't worry about it but he still went to pickup location.
I was able to get to the airport, chek-in and get half way through security befor driver arrived.
