75Very poor service twice booked cab online and both times didn't rock up with no call.never use again.take an Uber more reliable.
Taxi 818 the driver was to busy having a
cigarette inside governor ground.
I told him he shouldn't be smoke with a don't care attitude and he puts it out and left on ground when his passengers coming out waking towards him.

Booked a ride through the app, payment was processed and no driver accepted the job. Now have to battle to get my money back. No wonder Uber is such a successful company.

Ordered cab on phone. After waiting over half hour, I was told driver was 8 mins away, didn't turn up, phnd again & told 10 mins away, didn't turn up Phnd again & spoke to a person in Brisbane who assured me it was on the way. After one & half hours from my original call, I phnd Adelaide Independent taxi & he was with me in 5
MINUTES!
Absolutely disgraceful service from your company.
I am a tourist & will spread the word. Not worth point but won't let you write unless you choose a point. How pathetic!
Refused to use meter and quoted min $20 fare within the CBD - challenged this but driver refused to use the meter which surely isn’t legal. We got out of the can. No wonder Uber is so popular
Asked for a quote from driver at the airport and told $65 to $70. Decided to jump in as the guy was there and it was comparable to Uber/DiDi. Driver went the longest way possible to get to the expressway (pretty much to the city from the airport onto south road instead of just dropping onto Marion Rd) and got pretty aggressive when we questioned why he had gone the longest way he could. Once on the expressway we asked why he had given us a quote that obviously was well under what the fare would cost. All of a sudden his English was not so good, alternating with getting pretty irate and rude. Once home we paid the price of $98 and asked for a receipt All of a sudden the guy could speak no English, just sat in the car so we had to ask him to open the boot to get our cases out. Bank notification then came through as he drive off that we had been charged $104! Big jump from quoted price and zero service. Avoid driver with number plate TAXI 2154 if you don’t want to be ripped off. An unfortunate end to a family holiday. 1 star is being kind but couldn’t go any lower
My son booked a taxi at 4.20 today friday 9th december to pickup at seaford train station at 5.31 he has Autism and needs support not a company who doesnt care about people then on system you cancel his booking thanks alot never to use your company again disgusting espicially no way of contacting
Booked a maxi taxi for 5 people to go to the airport. They arrive 16 min last, past the booked time and send a small 6 seater car where only 2 bags would fit. Absolutely hopeless service
The more expensive alternative these days, but are the only ones that will take a baby without a car seat
This was my first and will be my last time using 13Cabs. I booked a Maxi Van for 3.30am pickup to go the the Airport. It was booked three days in advance and our family were totally let down by this company. Tried calling but no way of speaking to a human being, our booking online kept saying “locating driver” this seriously increased stress levels as it gave no indication what time they would have a driver or successfully making our flight on time. What is the point of taking and confirming advanced bookings if no-one is going to turn up, especially for something as time critical as a flight. We called Suburban Cabs and they had two cars with us in 15 minutes, they called us back knowing that we had been let down and reassured us we would get to the airport. Based on my own experience, I would never recommend this company especially given the service levels and the lovely drivers at Suburban.
Pre booked a maxi taxi for a Saturday evening because I knew it would be busy and I had a large group of people needing to get to an event. 15 minutes after our booking time, and my booking showed as ‘we’re locating a driver for you’. The whole point of pre booking is to ensure the transport I need shows up when I need it to. Cancelled the booking, we had to get two Uber’s instead and as a result were 30 mins late to the event
Taxi was sitting at the taxi rank at the shopping centre so we decided to get a taxi home after we got in and gave the taxi driver the address he received another job and started asking me how much I would pay him cause he had another job I said I didn’t understand what do you mean he said I have another job how much will you pay me he wanted me to pay him a higher fare and in cash when I told him I didn’t have cash I would only pay the metered fare not to worry about it we would get an Uber the other job suddenly didn’t exist anymore.
We booked a cab and was sent a Chauffeur driven vehicular.all very nice but was charged $10 more than a taxi would charge us
Usually $24 we paid $34
Disappointed that we carried the extra cost when we didn’t organise for it!

We had 3 Maxis booked for 30 people who were senior citizens and hopeless service. No one came to pick up and operator is even more hopeless with their answers. We had to arrange other transportation and functions they were attending were 1 hour behind the schedule.
So don’t book these service.highly not recommended.
Booked this maxi cab for airport, was amazing experience with really professional driver, neat and clean cab, highly recommended

Booked a taxi for 5pm at 4: 20 at Seaford Railway Station
Couldn't find a taxi for about 40 minutes at 5pm then it found one.
But when the driver gave me a rang he said something and when I looked at the booking page it looked like my taxi was cancelled.
Never booking with them again.
Booked a cab for 6 people 24 hours prior to go to airport, no notification and had to call when cab didn't arrive. Then had to wait nearly half an hour. Plus a very disgruntled rude driver, not a good experience at all.
Booked a mini van taxi to pick up myself and my wife and a very large tv. Had to travel 1.5km, would take about 3 minutes, fare estimated at $17. Happy to pay as I had to get this thing home. Waited 45 minutes for someone to accept the job and then 45 seconds later they dropped the job (Uber trick). An hour later still waiting. Called and called and called and just got stuck on a constant book a taxi loop. Absolutely shoddy, ridiculous, useless, incompetent service. I wish I had checked the reviews before even bothering with this job.
Booked a wheelchair access cab at 10.20 to pick up at bunnings Windsor Gardens at 11.18 I ring coz the taxi pulled up then took off taxi number 4041 Asians driver clearly their driver would rather take junkies to get their fix then pick up a disabled person with their child no taxi ever came to pick me up another wheelchair taxi from access cabs seen me waiting in the rain with my child and he took me home never use this service they don't respect people
If you want to book a taxi before your flight and not have them turn up, almost making you miss your flight, feel free to use their service.
