73This place was absolutely packed today and the staff were phenomenal! They didn't miss a beat! Kat, tayla (?) Greeted us with huge smiles. The cafe could serve with a bit more joy, very drab. But the food was good. Sue was extremely helpful and she runs an amazing team. We had the best afternoon here! Thank you
Always a fun time for the whole family. It’s even better as a group or end of season catch up venue.
The service is absolutely terrible. Had to wait over an hour to get our food. Very under staff and disorganised. Wouldn't recommend this place
Its over rated, over priced and im over it.what a joke. $16.90 a game pp is plain ridicoulous. $32.80 for 2 people to challenge each other.add dirty old shoe hire.over $100 for 3 games.cant say good value.
A place with very slow score screens & extremely rude, very slow sales counter lady who can’t spell a name & takes 10 mins to deal with one customer. Not recommended at all.
It was a Saturday morning and a young lady and I rocked up for a game of bowling I did not realise you had to make an appointment but the lovely man squeeze both her and iron for a game of bowling so thank you thanks again extra mile. And wow I didn't realise how many teens clubs there were that integrate playing bowling. So thanks Richlands despite the very busy day on this Saturday we are grateful
Enjoyed a fun time and game of bowling. Great music and atmosphere, and no issues with the bowling lane. Staff were friendly, professional, and happy to help.
Games drinks and food was expensive and the place feels like it well overdue for a makeover the bowling balls were mostly chipped. I've been to a few bowling alleys in my time and this was the least impressive I'm sad to say.
Zone Bowling in Richlands is an older bowling alley that hasn't been renovated for a long time so it's a little shabby but that doesn't mean it's not a good place to bowl.
Great place to play bowling with friends. Great atmosphere, food is okay. Pretty decent, nothing spectacular about it though.
Great venue! Was fun to go to and play at. The food and drink is a little pricey but tastes great, also you have about a 30min wait on food so make sure to order early. (We did come in on a busy Saturday night)
Lane didn't work had to get them to fix 4+ times
Hot dog took 40 minutes
I live five minutes away but I'm never going again
Was moved from our lane for some party mid game, and got my order for food wrong, I didn't complain by this point I was over it, i just wont be going back or recommending the place.
