ZONE BOWLING Richlands

We recently had our staff Christmas Party at Zone Bowling Richlands. Everyone had a great time. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the food was top notch. Highly recommend as an option for a fun relaxing get together with friends or work colleagues.

We loved the Centre, it's very family friendly, and not over crowded. Our host Kenzie was great. She tried to ensure that the kids are ok, and always was asking how would she help.

Despite her effort, as the Centre didn't have enough people, we could see that she was struggling. The food came very late, it was only Kenzie trying to do everything on her own.
I would suggest that the kitchen needs to speed up with the food service and support the staff.

I would like to go back there again, and off course will have Kenzie as the Party Host.

Had my daughters 8th birthday party, accompanied by kenzie & zion. They were both awesome & helpful. 10/10 experience for a birthday party

What a terrible racist staff, we ordered 1 game for 2 people as well 5 drinks, I just played once to show my friend who never played, staff named Morgan came straight to us telling i can not play with very rude behaviour. Okay thats fine can you please be kind to your valuable customers and there was girl standing at bar/kitchen keep looking at us like a security camera for all we played time. I always had great experience at Zone Bowling but it looks like staff there gave us look of being racist and never come back intensions.

Terrible experience, previously i went most of time there and i really enjoyed but Today the staff behaved soo rude with us. They are continuously looking to us and my friends feeling really uncomfortable there. Please teach your staff about costumer dealing, they need to be kind. She upset my mood i spoiled my evening because of her.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Always so polite and they love to joke. They are very respectful to all patrons. Wonderful young well mannered staff.

This was our daughter's first zone bowling party experience and for a group of 11-12 year olds (boys and girls), we weren't sure what to expect, but we do know it turned out to be a really enjoyable experience for the tweens. They all had a ball! Reasonable costs. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our party host was Thuy and she was magnificent, very organized, very helpful and graceful. She made the day go very smoothly and really looked after us all. She deserves a huge thank you. I highly recommend Zone Bowling for any of your party needs. They are so professional and make you feel like a VIP. Thanks guys, and thank you Thuy!

Place is a disgrace. Service is terrible. Bar staff members Rue & Taylor, didn’t allow us to purchase any drinks at the bar without purchasing food. Waste of our money and made us pay for 2 bowling games before telling us we couldn’t purchase drinks.

Great way to spend a few hours with friends.

It was quite busy and we didn't book a lane so we were looking at a 30 minute wait. We decided to buy the Mega Pass which gives you 2 games of bowling, $10 cafe voucher, $10 return pass and 20 minutes of arcade time which was the perfect way for us to kill time.

The arcade was fun, we ordered some food and drinks which were adequate, and the bowling setup was great.

Good management of our group by Selina and Nik. The apportioning out of the party room made things a bit chaotic and tight and we ended up with present bags getting crossed up with the other party.

Bowling was good kids wnjoy it but had to go up and ask about food after 30 minutes or so after partner food came out

45 minute wait for a hotdog is ridiculous. The games were over, food didn't arrive. Follow up after 25 minutes and told they may have accidentally delivered to someone else.

Had to keep asking as had a time frame for when I had to leave and in the end had to eat super quickly and leave. I would NOT recommend getting any food or drink made as I watched another customer have an issue with their ordered drinks.

Bowling lanes were good and of course everyone loved bowling but just ruined it with the food.

Absolute blast of a time. I used to go when it was AMF but this is so much better. Great good, amazing service, the area for bowling is not as crowded as other places. Great place for having a lot of fun.

Sue and her team does a great job and goes above and beyond for all patrons who attend zone bowling Richlands. We go on a regular basis between 3-5 times a week for the last 3 x years. Very happy customer.

First time I've been to Zone since it's much needed renovation. Great atmosphere, very modern and high tech with it's on screen bowling stats. I'll be back for more games. Thanks.

Nice family bowling alley. Parking available. Easy to find. Order food&drinks from your lane using QR code online order.

It can get a little crowded when busy. Arcade machines make it feel messy and cramped. Needs better ventilation, especially during the peak times.

Reccommend going during the quieter hours. More enjoyable then.

Terrible experience. Save your money and go elsewhere. Waited ONE HOUR for some nachos, a hot dog and fries. Just as I went up to the counter for a refund, the food came out. The food itself was cold and disgusting. The nachos had nearly zero topping, so great paying $16 for plain corn chips.

Bowling was fun. Food took over an hour, make sure you order well before your first game.

Edit. 1hr 15min for food to arrive and the burger was missing half of its ingredients.

OMG! So busy! The atmosphere was electric! This place is amazing & the staff are so welcoming & friendly. Love coming here.
