ZONE BOWLING Richlands

Nice decor, recently renovated, has decent snack food and coffee. I'm not a serious bowler so I don't know how the price per game compares but it seemed reasonable.

Had a party. Had an amazing host named Chloe who was always helping out and very nice to me and my friends. The bowling at Timezone was magnificent and the winners vault was amazing. Definitely go here for your next party.

Went for my birthday with family and had a awsome time thanks to my daughter and the Manager Sue who organised a party. Thanks Sue and my daughter Jess.

Our family came here on Saturday 17/07/22 for a 2 game of bowling.
Before our game began we ordered a bowl of fries and a medium flat white coffee, we played 1 full game.no coffee no fries. I went to check in on our order. "it won't be long the lady said". We are now half way through our second game I finally recieved my coffee which isn't a flat white.it was a watered down capacino.we finished out second game and still no fries.we asked for our money back for the fries. Lady was nice and refunded the fries and coffee. However apart from this lady all other staff were rude.no smile no greeting and the chairs, table, floors and bowling balls were all sticky and dirty.

Went with family for a birthday, don't bother ordering food I'm not fussy at all though when the hotdog bun is rock hard and there excuse was sorry someone forgot to microwave it. No I don't want another one made with stale bread that should have been binned days ago.

Christ $13 for a hotdog you could atleast get some half fresh bread. Absolutely disgraceful.

Other than that centre is alright. Though a little turned off the place to say the least

Bowling and arcade very good but eat side is hopeless.
Waited for 40 mins for a hotdog. Staff said they accidentally twice served my order to someone else. On the board it says kids hot dog for $10 and a pop top for extra $1. Took me 5 mins to explain to the person who was taking my order as he kept saying extra $2.50 for pop top.
Received the order which was overloaded with salt. Couldn’t be bothered to deal with them again so left all the fries.
Definitely staff need more training and perhaps a number to display on table (I did ask him the same but he said he will find me - obviously did not even though I was sitting right in front of his eyes as twice he served my order to someone else).

Fun experience for the family with great deals on bowling, arcade, and food. It has been recently renovated (2022) and looks fantastic. The food was pretty good and fairly priced.

Food wise: I ordered the hotdog with curly fries, and the server advised it would be no more than 10 mins. However around 25 mins later nothing had come out, so I had to approach the desk and ask. Then they bring it out and the hotdog is almost cold. So they graciously replace it, and the next one is warm, only the hotdog was rubbery. This is not the staff’s fault, this is the product itself. But wasn’t nice unfortunately.

The game itself of bowling was fun, and had a good time playing some games.

We used to come here a lot but since it’s been renovated it is not very family friendly anymore. More adults seem to go there now they sell alcohol and all you can hear is foul language constantly. I know a lot of people don’t care about this kind of thing anymore and also being in Richlands it is worse but you just want to take your kids to enjoy a game of bowling and there are tipsy adults everywhere who don’t know how to behave in front of children. It’s quite sad the society we have become!

The renovations are nice and the staff are usually pretty good, just don’t like the atmosphere anymore.

Solid redevelopment - lighting, audio, reception and general ambience is a lot better. Kids always love the arcade after bowling. Great family destination

Introduction: Greeted with absolute politeness by staff and were show to the lanes with the most utmost professionalism aswell as given some tips on bowling and some house rules which is expected in a sport. They even helped us choose balls to use and what would be right for us individually.

Food: The food was immaculate and delicious. We ordered 2 Churros, 2 Mini Donuts and a Nutella Pizza for a dessert and a Loaded fries to share for Savoury - All items came out at the same time and ten minutes after ordering not only looking incredible but tasting fantastic. "Best Fries I've Had and Best Donuts". A staff member named Jacob came down and apologised for the wait even though it took 10 minutes, We asked how the Churros were made to which he explain how he made them also to which he is sick of hearing how people expect "bowling alley food to be", To which he is putting In the utmost effort to change that perspective. - Perfect service and professionalism

Bowling: Fun and enjoyable with not only family but music and atmosphere in building.

Will definitely be coming here again!

Great to be able to still go to a place where there are actual ten pins. Cant beat this experience.

Renovated since when I've been here now, this place was a massive surprise to us all celebrating my wifes 30th Birthday, better facilities and much cleaner. Booked for 12 people, including 4 children with 2 platters of food.

Pros - Parking, getting shoes and bowling balls is easy, wide variety of arcade games and the place is considerbly open for its size. Clean, friendly staff.

Cons - Platter arrived at the end of our second game, I ordered food and drinks (Hotdog, 600ml Pepsi & Milkshake) before the first bowl and it took until the end of the first game to arrive. Most friends ordered half way through the first game and got their food close to the end of the scond despite a short break between the two games. Alleys are angled slightly right (so adjust your game accordingly), and the speed reader is clearly broken. Probably the first time bowling we've ever had to change incorrect scores.

We'll deffinetly be going again.

Nice place to go have fun with kids or adults. Pretty tidy, lots of games, food is pretty good. Little bit pricey but I had a great time with the kids. Definitely go back when we can.

Since this place has been renovated it has really stepped up a mark. Amazing friendly staff, plenty of arcade games for the kids/whole family. Good to see it so busy again

Great service, nice staff. Fun for adults and children. Only thing was it was not to busy but our food took longer than expected to arrive.

The upgrade on this place is awesome, lots of arcade games, good food and drinks. The atmosphere is good too.

Zone bowling offers a unique fun experience. Rainbow lights in lane. Rad bowling ball designs and a professional quality to the whole facility. Usually bowling alleys smell like cigarette carpets and beer. This does not Staff are friendly as well. Owners make sure you value them, cause they deserve it. Cheers

We had three games at the newly renovated alley. The staff are friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is fun and the decor is modern, clean and looks amazing. Nice work! And thanks to Sue for the extra game

Loved every minute of bowling with the kids, then ate there, yummy and played the arcade. All in all great night was had and will be going again.
The staff are so friendly too.
