Tragic Beautiful

I love this store! We don't have anything like it over in WA, so it makes me so happy when I get my Tragic Beautiful orders delivered so quickly. Their range of stock is amazing, and their staff are always responsive and helpful.

Great products quick turn around. However no one seems to want to email back in regards to their change to fastway as a courier, as I have a lot of trouble with fastway they never knock the never accept my request for re-delivery and my packages get dumped at a hole in the wall news agency that keep packages in a busted up trolly in front of the counter.

Seriously fantastic service and store. I purchased some goods at the store front when I visited and also online when I returned home. All of my purchases were great quality, exactly as depicted and arrived shortly after ordering. Staff were so lovely when I visited and helped me out with choosing some gifts for a friend. I absolutely adore this store and will definitely be back.

Really great! Bought a gift for someone and the staff were really helpful, courteous and understanding. Order was shipped really fast, and arrived quicker than I expected. Would definitely shop with them again!

Never again! Wish I could give less than one star. I ordered two items over a year ago, in preparation for my wedding, they never arrived. Ever. When I contacted customer service, and after 2 weeks and 2 emails- I was basically told it's "not our problem".
I spent $50 with this company and I received nothing. Still nothing. Avoid ordering online with this place - horrendous and very rude to customers via email.

I wish I could buy everything from this store! The shoes especially! I went looking for something really out there to wear for a costume party and ended up buying that and a few things for everyday. They have such a good range and the delivery and communications was really good. Thanks!
