Came into the warehouse/store to pick up an order I placed today. Mel on the online help from earlier in the day was great.

Really cool set up inside that almost had me buying the whole collection!

Was looked after by a lovely staff member today named Abbey and they were fantastic. My order was ready for pick up by the time I arrived. Great customer service, super friendly and helpful. Definitely felt welcomed. Thank you.

I have never been disappointed in what I have purchased from tragic beautiful. I have been following this TB from when I was in high school. (I did a report on this brand for one of my subjects).
Ever since then I have loved everything they bring to the shop.

GreT customer service. They are really friendly and go out of their way for their customers. Plus they stock some fantastic gear. They are an online business and post worldwide. Local customers can pick up from their Meadowbrook warehouse which I am lucky enough to live near?

This company has really great products and great communication with customers. Each item arrives very quickly and is of the highest of quality. Would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Tragic beautiful are awesome i can't rave enough about them. The customer service they provide is above and beyond. No issue you have with items being too small or broken in transit are too difficult for them. They value your business and it shows, with purchases you receive a really magical beautiful card. The VIP Club is just to die for, you get little gifts added to your package. The staff and business owners blood literally needs bottling. But the deadly part is most of the time your order arrives within a few days of purchase. AWESOME AUSSIE BUSINESS.
