Nothing to complain about with these gals, seriously! Return was flawless when I had to make one, communication is fantastic, products are the BEST for the price. I've bought such a different range of items from this store and every single one is as described and very fairly priced, quality is fabulous and the shipping/postage times are ridiculously good for the times we're dealing with now. Go look at their site now, spend time browsing, and enjoy! And if you aren't enjoying something or need to ask a question, just do it and know these people are amazing.

Extremely interactive with customers and open to feedback via Facebook groups, as well as through customer support email.
They source quality products and dispatch them quickly (plus if you've signed up you get a free VIP gift and access to the VIP products page).

Amazing store for all your alternative/witchy/goth clothing, homeware etc. Always adding new stock, great for plus size queens too! Awesome customer service <3

I don't know where to begin really. I have been shopping at TB for over a decade. From in person experiences with Mel and team gassing me up trying on outfits for graduation to having to move to shopping online because I moved away, their customer service is stellar, their parcels are always really well packed to minimise the damage from the torture they go through in transit. I just love them.

Great customer service and always speedy getting things shipped out. The girls at TB are always very understanding and helpful. Lots of different competitions and special events/mystery boxes every couple of months, plus their prices a pretty good as well for such a small business.

I order from here all the time, every single time I'm amazed at how quickly my things are shipped out and arrive! I also love collecting the unique little artwork postcards that come with every order, always a beautiful touch.
