The Pen Shoppe

This store has a fascinating selection of high quality office and stationery items. The range of pens on display must be the biggest in Australia and I bought one that will last me for years.

I came into the store with my boyfriend who collects fountain pens. He was rudely dismissed and treated and I know for sure I will never spend a penny at this store. Do not go here!

Love this shop. It's a charming spot to explore your love of pens, beautiful leather goods, stylish cards and other gifts. All in the interesting architecture of the Brisbane Arcade. Every time I go in I find something I needed and the ladies in there reallly know their stuff. Always a lovely experience. Recommend.

I came in looking for a nice pen for a gift and was treated incredibly rudely by staff. Why anyone would treat customers so poorly and still expect to make a sale is beyond me. Your money is much better spent at one of the other stores in Brisbane. They do have a decent range but the pricing is about as bad as the service. With pens being much cheaper online you need good service to warrant the extra cost at a brick and mortar store. The Pen Shoppe does not offer this.

The Pen Shoppe has been in town for decades now which is a testament already. Purchased a fountain pen many years ago now. Still very happy with the purchase and that they are still around to service it over the years.

A great shop to get a decent pen with a lovely selection, especially if you are a "one pen person". Nothing else like it in Brisbane, very friendly and helpful staff.

I had an issue with a pen I purchased, not Pen Shoppe's fault. I emailed Kylee, she returned my email very promptly and asked me to come into the store. I went in, served straight away, all staff very helpful. Pen was replaced and I left very happy. Would recommend to anyone!

Very wide range of pens from a few to thousands of dollars. Excellent for gifts and the owner runs a writing class.

Great service & helpful staff. I was attended to straight away & proceeded to try out numerous fountain pens. Considering it was Christmas Eve they did very well; overall a very good experience
