I have always had trouble finding the right pen and the staff were fantastic at the Pen Shoppe in helping to identify my needs and point me in the right direction. A very well run business too.

What a fantastic destination, Barbara and her team at The Pen Shoppe are wonderful people that know their stuff. I've purchased all my Fountain pens over the last 6 years from The Pen Shoppe and recently acquired a limited addition. They really treat customers like family. Highly recommend.

After a small prompt seeking service, the staff could not have been more attentive and went the extra mile-and-a-half to make amends. A lovely shop and well worth a visit.

Customer service is sooo nice. The theme of the store looks soo fancy as well. You won't be disappointed

I bought a Caran D’Ache pen from here with a lifetime warranty. From when I got it, the pen had come apart just by twisting it to use it. I put up with it for a while, but, decided to take it back after 12 months to show them. The response was pretty rude, I was told they don’t keep records so we needed proof of purchase (which of course I had). You would think clients details would be kept on file though.it’s an $800 pen. I would keep a record in my business of all transactions, especially large ones.

I was then accused that I must have dropped it, even though there has no physical external damage.

All in all, pretty poor behaviour from a premium store that you would expect better.

I have bought a lot of expensive pens from here in the past, but apparently The Pen Shoppe wouldn’t know because they don’t keep records. I will be taking my pen fetish elsewhere in the future.

You get 2 stars still as you have great pens ;)

Very rude elderly french woman treating my request for a repair on a pen left by my late father with disdain when she discovered it wasn't a real Mont Blanc, but a "fake". Ridiculous attitude, as how was I to know. Was a previous customer but will never return as a very unpleasant experience

One of the best pen shop in Brisbane City, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Small but having a lot of veriety for writing instruments. Visited this shop couple of time, things which were not available anywhere, got it here

Good old fashioned service, very helpful/friendly staff that will give you time to experience and browse.

While they have a large cross section of pens, they stock a large amount of high end stock. High end pens are similar to jewellery in that they are a very personal choice in my opinion. So doing a small amount of research and knowing your taste has a large bearing on the customer experience. Going in blind is not ideal as there are so many types/brands/styles and all at different price points.

I have shopped here for years and have never looked anywhere else so I guess that's proof of what I think!

Bought a fountain pen from here, they helped me through the selection and wrote a fancy card for dad's birthday. I appreciate this.

I visited The Pen Shoppe on 5 May for a fifty year old fountain pen to be repaired. I was served by a young gentleman with a beard who was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Contrary to some other reviews, I did not leave disappointed.

Every time I visit The Pen Shoppe it is the highlight of my day. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. You can tell that each one of them have a keen passion for the pen industry. I have not yet bought a product there for myself but have been gifted a few pens from a friend of mine. I thoroughly enjoy my pens and use them daily. They are high quality products and also pleasing to the eye. The store has a very wide variety of pens. I would absolutely recommend this store for all of your pen needs!

The only reason to go into Brisbane city is get supplies from TPS. Best range of quality pens and staff are very knowledgeable.

Needed help with fixing a pen for my mum. As she doesn't have long to live from cancer. I have never written a review before but after they helped me so much. I just want to say thank you again

I love this shoppe because of the amazing pens they always have on display. Even if I shall never own it, just gazing upon a hyper premium pen is a sight to behold. The Lamy range here is what most will buy and are great starter fountain pens. Recommended strongly even if just for a browse.
