68Unsuitable for families with kids. If you are in Roma maybe but not enough to come here for this attraction. Could have been much nicer.
Not a bad way to kill a few hours and a pleasant walk along a creek from Roma's largest bottle tree to the Big Rig. Price is reasonable. Interesting to find out how gas was discovered in the area leading up to current coal seam gas operations. Some interesting displays as well.
Placards good. Props/used equip. Ok. Dated (25y old). Guide mediocre and not well rounded in general oil industry knowledge.
Lots of history, lots to be learned. Very detailed displays, interactive too. The displays are under cover, but you have to run a bit between them if you go on a day like we did. Do go though, very informative and educatuonal.
Very informative. Super friendly staff. Easy, flat walk with map and reading stations. Worth a visit
Great story of Australia's early gas exploration. Unless you are familiar with oilfield equipment I suggest a guided tour.
Great place to stop get some information or coffee or snack and if you need to top off your water there's a tap around the back
Great place to visit to learn about Roma and the gas fields. Every educational for young kids and the whole family. There are BBQ and tables for group events.
