Outstanding professional and friendly service from all the staff at Brisbane Smiles. I am a new client and came firstly for a dental checkup, X-ray and teeth cleaning. My dental hygienist Melanie was so calming and did a wonderful job at my cleaning session, I then booked to come back and have Zoom whitening done also. I am very happy with my new bright smile.

WOW! What an experience from beginning to end! Brisbane Smiles was absolutely amazing, especially considering I have a phobia with Dentistry. The Receptionists were very empathetic and caring, the rapport between the dentist and his dental nurse was very impressive. They made me feel extremely relaxed and any anxious feelings I had soon diminished. With state of the art equipment, the service I experienced was extremely professional and of very high quality. They were very thorough and a treatment plan was given to me regarding my future treatment. I would highly recommend Brisbane Smiles to any of my close friends and family.

Had a clean and check-up at Smile Artistry recently and I really enjoyed my experience. I was really impressed by their friendly staff and facilities. I've never been to a dentist before that has different rooms that they book you into (I started in one and then went to another for my clean). They even had TVs on the ceiling to watch during! I felt quite calm throughout the whole process and I'm looking forward to visiting again in six months time. It really is worth the money

Excellent service every time from Smile Artistry. In particular John Bakalakis is professional and competent with every attention to patient comfort and satisfaction.

This is the most comprehensive practice I have ever been to. Dr John Bacalakis is my regular dentist but I have also seen Dr Paul McKay and Dr Graham McKay as well. I had crowns done in 2009. Everyone says how great they look and would like to have teeth that look like mine. I am so happy with them. They just look great. All the staff are really friendly and take good care of you especially when you never like going to the dentist. They are very informative and what I like is they treat you like a real person not just another patient. I would recommend anyone to see them. I have referred all of my family and even my Mum and Dad who live overseas will see them when they are over. Thanks heaps Smile Artistry. TC

After less than a year, a dental implant I paid $5000 for has come loose, requiring a new crown.when one pays that kind of money, one expects stellar results. Of course, now that I don't live in Australia any more, I have to bear the brunt of costs (and time) to get this fixed. Very disappointed as I believed this work would be good and long-lasting.

I've been going to Smile Artistry for the last 10 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Very professional and always pain free.

Smile Artistry was able to see me on the day I phoned and went well above and beyond their duty of care. Topped off with honest advice regarding health insurance, I will be back to have the remaining work completed and will be recommending to all. Years of neglect lead to extreme pain and forced me to see a dentist today. For those reading this who have neglected their oral health, go and see Smile Artistry if I knew it was going to be such a relatively pleasant experience I would have gone years ago.
