If you have a dental appointment booked anywhere else you should cancel it and rebook with Brisbane smiles Toowong! My whole experience from the moment I first walked into the clinic has been EXCEPTIONAL. Hugh thank you to Dr Paul McKay, Steph and Madonna! I can not recommend highly enough!

Dr Paul McKay is a fantastic dentist and spent considerable time making sure I felt comfortable. I have an exceptionally bad gag reflux and he did not do anything that I was not comfortable with. His assistant on the day was just as caring and considerate. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Israel is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in understandable terms. She took the time to fully go over my dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my teeth — and all of this is done in a professional and positive manner. For the first time in years, after visiting Dr. Israel, I feel there is a specific game plan in place to improve my dental health.

Ive been going to Brisbane Smiles for many years and Dr Paul McKay is my Dentist. Elsa is my Hygienist and does a very through job, she is very gentle and polite and makes my cleans very comfortable. Michele, Madonna and the team make you feel very welcome, they go above and beyond. Highly recommend this practice.

Friendly and professional team who make you feel very welcome, but a bit over the top. I was in the clinic for 1.5hrs for a clean and check up (admittedly - first appointment, so 15mins spent filling out a form and getting a tour of the clinic.), but it was too long. You also see a dentist and then a hygienist so there is a bit of doubling up. Keep in mind it's a private practice and MBP is not a preferred provider so you will pay for a clean and check up (I was $220 out of pocket but that included an xray). It seems others love it, but a bit intense for me and they did not stand out compared to other more affordable and very good clinics I've been to in Brisbane!

Thank you to the wonderful team at Brisbane Smiles and Dr Nancy and Erin for a great and comfortable dental experience!:) can not fault the aesthetic work I had done on one of my front teeth. If you are looking at getting any cosmetic work done, this is the place to go!

I could not recommend Brisbane Smiles more highly! Dr Nancy and Erin are excellent, great at talking through things and explaining, and making the experience as calming and great as can be. The customer service at the front desk is also amazing including checking up a couple of days later. I also appreciate the Netflix and the gentle strokes when the needle goes in haha. All round excellent service, thank you Brisbane Smiles!

Exceptionally friendly service and a fantastic team environment. I went in for a routine clean and check up and was made to feel extremely welcome by the staff at the front desk as well as the assistants, hygienists and dentists at the back. My knowledgeable hygienist (Patricia) was able to provide helpful tips and tricks on better oral health care and management.
