Worst dentist I don't know what it is with dentists in Australia but no one wants to listen to the problems at hand, you have now made me even more suicidal than I was before coming into this practice, you all want to surround me in the reception area and not listen to what's actually going ok you all just want to tell me you can't fix anything, well today you lost our on $7000 pitiful

The facility is great. The staffs are so friendly and professional. Our kids love Ms. Hannah so much because she is so gentle with their teeth.

I followed my amazing dentist, Dr Khatri, to this practice and have loved the patient experience. My dentist remains amazing. The office and space is comfortable but also very tidy and professional. All of the staff are lovely, skilled and knowledgeable, and very accommodating of any concerns including of nervous patients like myself and go out of their way to reassure and reduce anxiety. Madonna at the front desk is pure sunshine, incredibly kind and welcoming and always makes you feel nice being there, it’s like seeing a friend every time you walk in thanks so much for all your work and effort team!

Elsabe was very professional and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I appreciated her soft and skilful approach. Thank you Elsabe for your attentive style.

Dr Graham was exceptional as he always is. He's been my dentist for over 40 years and I credit the good health of my teeth and gums to his highly skilful and professional care. A model dentist in my opinion who any other dentist could learn a great deal from. A wise and talented professional.

The front and back of house teams are so friendly comforting and professional. My whole family goes to Brisbane Smiles. They were even king enough to acknowledge my six year old for his birthday! Amazing customer service.

Madonna, Loredana and Katie at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Dr Phil and his dental assistants are super proactive and the service plus actual dental work is second to none. From my first appt, the professionalism and courtesy of the surgery staff was evident. I had come for a second opinion after a series of disastrous experiences with another dentist. I was checked over in detail by Dr. Paul McKay and his knowledge and thoroughness was more than a relief. And he had a Plan.something many do not. I faced very uncomfortable, to my mind future treatment (removal of all remaining teeth, dentures, then implants) but it was all so well planned, co-ordinated with the anaesthetist and carried through that what might have ended up being done in hospital went off with no issue. The care and attention since that day has been first class from everyone, with a special mention to all the other staff from oral hygienists, nurses and receptionists (the nurses are the most thorough and caring I've come across - I know, I used to be an RN). I wouldn't imagine ever going anywhere else and have referred several friends already.

Such an Amazing dental practice! I've always been made to feel welcomed, comfortable and Madonna's warm smile at the front always puts a smile on my face:) I've been a patient for nearly 20 years and regularly see Dr McKay and his team of Dentists. I also love the feeling I have after my clean with my Oral health therapist, Paula. She's also amazing with children, my 3 love their dental appts! Madonna always makes sure the kids leave with a litle gift, which makes them feel so special. Even if they don't have an appt, they get to take some a colouring in sheet or some pencils. The team are always so accomodating and just lovely. Highly recommend Brisbane Smiles.
