I can’t recommend this team enough! Everyone I’ve dealt with has made me feel so welcomed and treated me with such kindness and care. I’ve had both a hygienic teeth clean with Heidi and two separate wisdom teeth extractions in the chair (2 each time) with Nancy and Erin and I’ve been super impressed with the service every time. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a proper teeth clean where my teeth weren’t “furry” afterwards, I was shocked when I experienced the difference. And to say I was nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out after years of horror stories is an understatement. However, Nancy is incredible at what she does and I’ve had minimal swelling, no visible bruising and quick healing. To top it off every time I come into or leave the reception Natalie goes above and beyond with her beautiful bubbly greetings. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a clinic anywhere. Such a great atmosphere and professional team, I’d never go anywhere else.

Always a simple and friendly experience with this team. They’re all really lovely and take care of their patients well. They also do a great job with the more complex things like orthodontics. Highly recommend.

I had a month deadline to have the veneers in by and he moved mountains and made it possible for me! He did such a fantastic job and the entire team was absolutely brilliant. They even looked after my small dog outside for me when I had my very first appointment there! I'll never go to another dentist again and so happy to have found this practice. I cant recommend them enough! The huge bunch of flowers gifts and wine as my present at the end was a lovely and generous touch also to wrap up the great experience. I recently discovered Brisbane Smiles after moving from another City. It was daunting trying to locate a new dentist in a new place. From the first instance and booking my appointment online, I had such a wonderful welcome to the practice and felt instantly at ease.

I received an email with all the information I needed and even a welcome pack in the mail!

When I arrived at the Practice, the friendly Reception Team welcomed me and I was introduced to Dr Caroline Dalleh who would be completing my treatment.

Dr Dalleh was very thorough and explained along the way what she was doing and what I would need to ensure my oral health remained on track.

I loved the Comfort Menu where I could choose ways to help me feel more comfortable while I was in the chair. Netflix and a warm blanket certainly made the time go quickly!

My Treatment plan going forward was explained to me carefully and I felt comfortable that my oral health was in great hands!

I have no hesitation in recommending Brisbane Smiles! I am looking forward to my next visit!

Not enough stars and not enough space to adequately address how I feel about Dr Paul Mackay and his practice. For over 40 years I had a severe phobia of dentists and their procedures, having changed 11 over that time. My teeth were affected by long-term exposure to steroids as a child and severe bruxism, giving them the consistency of chalk. On my first visit to Paul over 10 years ago I had "white-knuckle" syndrome. He was aware of that, so we just talked. I can now say without hesitation or doubt that he is the best dentist I have been involved with as a patient in every way possible. His manner, character and personality put you at ease, explaining every procedure before during and after. He is a professional in every sense of the word, and this is reflected in the holistic way he runs his practice, with every member expressing and communicating his approach. As a result of my childhood corticosteroid treatment I have had gum surgery, bone surgery, and total implant surgery, and I can honestly say that I have not experienced any anxiety, qualms or doubts throughout this whole time. The result? Being able to open my mouth and smile with all my teeth for the first time in over 40 years. Sometimes I am now so relaxed that I could have a nap in the chair. Thankyou Dr Mackay for everything you've done and continue to do that enables me now to enjoy my life.and meals to the fullest.

Thought I was booked in with Dr. Bacalakis, instead saw another dentist. Would have appreciated if I could have been advised prior. Did some research and will now be going to rivercity dental in Indooroopilly to see Dr. Bacalakis

From start to finish my dental experience has been first class - and I cant speak highly enough of the staff from reception all the way through to the dentist. As a person petrified of the dentist I was treated with compassion, care and support throughout every step of the process and I am blown away with the amazing smile I have now. I did a lot of research before deciding to proceed with Brisbane Smiles and I'm so glad I did - I cant thank them enough.

Dr Caroline did great work on my broken tooth. There was no pain during or after the procedure. She has a very happy disposition which is nice to be on the receiving as a patient.

I absolutely love coming in to see Dr Paul and the team for my dental check up’s. It’s so important to find a dentist you can trust. I had build up’s on my teeth and Paul completely changed my life with 10 veneers across my top teeth. I get endless compliments of my teeth and just wish I did it sooner! I have seen Paul for 6 years and he always has the most updated technology to make sure my teeth are in perfect health. I wouldn’t even remember the last filling I had! You won’t regret making Paul your regular dentist.

I have been a patient at Brisbane Smiles Dental Practice for over 30 years, and I am very happy with the excellent and professional care I have received at the clinic. The practice has state of art equipment, the dentists and nurses are of the highest competence, and all the staff are professional and friendly. The premises are modern and exceptionally clean and hygienic. The practice is located in a lovely precinct that is close to my home and easily accessible. The fees are very reasonable and are well deserved for the outstanding level of service that is provided. I highly recommend this practice and would never go anywhere else.

I have never liked going to the dentist in all of my 57 years as I have never had a pleasant experience until my visit with Dr Caroline at Brisbane Smiles. Both Dr Caroline, her dental nurse and all the receptionists made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I had a cracked tooth that need extensive repair and the procedure was done quickly, efficiently and virtually painless.
