Food is ok if the manager and his wife are not stealing from you. Paid for 8 piece got 6 and when we rang to try and fix the manager wife was aggressive and outright rude. I'd take the franchise off them and sell to another customer service oriented invester.
Avoid at all cost if you want what you actually pay for. Manager and wife rude with zero people skills.

Booked an order for work last week for 12pm, email confirmation saying it would be ready for 12, go to collect at 12: 06 and they tell us they just found out it won’t be ready until 1. We go back at 1, they say it wont be ready for another 20 mins. No attempt to let us know that they were running behind schedule. Terrible service

Pre ordered food for collection a week later.got the confirmation at 10am day of collection confirming collection for 12pm, Arrived at the store to be told our order will not be ready until 1pm, when I asked why we hadn't received a phone call to be advised they replied with we were only just told. I told them this wasn't good enough, I then went back at 1 to be told it was still another 20mins - 30min wait, We had staff already staying back for our 12pm lunch and some of them had to leave which means the ones who did stay back ended up having to wait an hour and a half for lunch and others had to leave which means we had then over catered and half of the food was wasted. When the staff member come out to talk to myself and another lady who were waiting on booked orders we were told they still had drive thru and store customers to look after, I then replied to him and said well we are paying customers as well and we had prebooked our orders so if they couldn't fill our orders they shouldn't have been taking other orders. When we asked for the manager he wouldn't even come out and see us. Safe to say I will never organize catering from this store again.

Order put in at 3.50pm day before for 12.30pm pick up was told it wouldn't be ready until 1pm came back at 1pm to be told it wouldn't be ready until 1.15pm. Very poor service and communication

Disgusting experience, chicken was stone cold, waited 34 minutes in the car park after going through drive through and they forgot an entire meal from the order. When I asked for the remainder of my order (I had the receipt) I was told that I hadn't paid for it (I had, according to the receipt in my hand) and I had to either pay the difference again or miss out on the food entirely. After 5 minutes of arguing they eventually admitted their fault and gave me the "rest" of my order also stone cold, and the wrong wrap entirely.

$30 later and my large chips were undercooked, my 6 tenders were ice cold and my burger with 1 piece of chicken and 1kg of lettuce was unedible

Charged me $75 through Uber Eats, waited an hour then when the driver was supposed to be outside they cancelled it. Why accept orders and people's money when you can't fill it? So people are supposed to wait 1-3 business days for their money to be returned and they can't reorder because the digital payment can't be voided immediately. Good one.

All I ordered was 6 wings, I got to the window of the drive thru after placing my order at 1: 05 and I sat there waiting for someone to come and take my payment for 10 minutes. I drove out at 1: 15 without even getting a “sorry it’s going to be a little wait” or even a “sorry for the wait” by the time I finally got my order. I made eye contact with all the staff members I could see and none of them bothered to come over and say anything. I had 4 or 5 cars behind me who I’m sure we’re just as annoyed as I was. The best part, the bag I was handed had a hand written message saying “please provide feedback to help us serve you better:) ”. Well how about you start by acknowledging your customers and not making them wait for 10 minutes with absolutely no warning or apology. It’s called FAST food, if it’s not fast do the decent thing and apologise for the wait.

I'm not going to get into the details, because I truly don't believe management cares. I will provide scores according to my past 3 visits. Food - 3/10 Customer Service - 0/10. It's not their fault really - just young, clueless & disinterested. Won't be back - because I don't like to pay good money for food that is substandard.

Quite possibly the worst Red Rooster ever! Very slow staff and food is always cold! 5 staff on standing around having a chat and joking around while I sit at the drive through window for a good 10 minutes.

Don't expect to get your coleslaw bad service and failure to fix problems but if you want a box of drumsticks with soggy chips they can help you

Waited 25 minutes for a Rippa box with one car in front of us, 8 staff members at 11am on a Saturday and not one customer inside. Coming from working in retail, I’m not normally one to complain but I literally sat there watching everyone do nothing and it was beyond frustrating. Will never go back here

The worst service ever. After 25 min wait & people in front getting there orders, I had to go & ask the young girl that clearly had no interest being there where my order was & she couldnt find it & she was the one who served me. Thank God for the guys out the back who sorted me. Chips were very ordinary.
The young girl then emptied the bin, took outside then came straight back in & started packing orders. No hand wash. This store gone downhill so much.

Stop hire young immature staff that don't respect customer's. There also a bit of a safety issue when I walked in. There was a massive spill on the floor and no "caution wet surface" sign put around it. A customer could have easy slipped and got injured.

Useless. Can’t even put together a sub or make food look appetising, or bring it out to you still hot.
You people must have a real hard time in life if you can barely rub together enough brain cells to have any pride for your work. It’s not hard. Do better.

Absolute disaster. Fast food? No I don't think so. Nearly 15 minutes after ordering in the drive-through and being told to go and park in the carpark we got the two simple meals we ordered. I could not believe how bad they were.
