Cant manage to get an order right in the same week? Ordered via menu log so it's pretty hard to stuff up the order. Gah!
Staff member named Austin at Browns Plains store is very polite and friendly. I was very impressed by him. I have been many times and he a great staff member. I hope his manager knows this!
Tropicana chicken was barely warm.tasted weird.and chicken piece was small.my wife's comment was. " is that it". Ended up spitting it out - wasn't going to risk it.went through drive through at 2: 30pm.looks like my legs of chicken had been sitting around a while.hope others have more luck.
Rarely go to this place, and for good reason. Stuffed up a simple order. Where was the gravy? Where was the burger? Why did I have to ask again for the leg section when I got to the window? It wasn't even busy. I see why now.
I shouldn't have to painstakingly check my order every time I go to this place. Maybe I'll check back in few months.
2 star because at least the food that I did get wasn't crap.
