Red Rooster

The worst service ever. After 25 min wait & people in front getting there orders, I had to go & ask the young girl that clearly had no interest being there where my order was & she couldnt find it & she was the one who served me. Thank God for the guys out the back who sorted me. Chips were very ordinary.
The young girl then emptied the bin, took outside then came straight back in & started packing orders. No hand wash. This store gone downhill so much.

Stop hire young immature staff that don't respect customer's. There also a bit of a safety issue when I walked in. There was a massive spill on the floor and no "caution wet surface" sign put around it. A customer could have easy slipped and got injured.

I usually only get the rolls. And there almost always messed my order us one way for another but it does taste good

Useless. Can’t even put together a sub or make food look appetising, or bring it out to you still hot.
You people must have a real hard time in life if you can barely rub together enough brain cells to have any pride for your work. It’s not hard. Do better.

Ordered a troppo pack over salted even the pineapple and it was over cooked pineapple crunchy. Not impressed at all

Girl at the order box made us wait 5 minutes to even order and there was no one in line in front of us the whole way through. Awful tasting mayo on the roast chicken roll (and I like mayo). Also no utensils or napkins in the bag. Bit of a disappointment, really.

No covid here, so all face masks can be worn below nose. And pull down further to take walk in orders. No vaccine check for dine in either.

Absolute disaster. Fast food? No I don't think so. Nearly 15 minutes after ordering in the drive-through and being told to go and park in the carpark we got the two simple meals we ordered. I could not believe how bad they were.

Absolutely usless you get parked no matter what you order have to order chips and gravy separate even if U want to add it on chicken is dry not a fast food restaurant needs closing done

I ordered red roster combo opened the pack there’s no fork or anything to eat with, went back to counter to ask for fork, and the waitress said sorry we out of stock for forks today, hello you are a restaurant and you can be out of stock for forks? Then I asked her how to you expect me to eat this with then, her answer was I don’t know. I can give you a spoon if you want… her whole approach was like this is not her problem… this is my problem…. Not impressed!

Not sure about everyone else's experiences but you should promote Monika asap! I've never expected much out of fast food customer service but she's phenomenal. If I ever have my own business I'm coming back to steal you, any team could learn so much from you!

Very disappointing, everytime you go through drive thru they make you park out the front in a carpark very small and busy. Sorry I won't be visiting the browns plains store again.

Ever since new management has taken over the food has been rubbish. The chips are always soggy and I received 9 wings instead of 10. Terrible place.

Got that new fried chicken meal (satisfry box) daaamn it was good, exceeded my expectations, was fresh and the chicken had a perfect crunch, dare I say better then kfc fried chicken (at least this time). GOOD JOB!

Just ordered 2 quarter chicken and chips and was given chips and nuggets. Tried calling their phone number and it didn’t work. Not happy at all.

Disappointing! We bought two dinner boxes and found the vegs hard and undercooked. The carrots were very salty and the sweet corn cobs were mushy and cold. The chicken was OK but there wasn’t much of it. Definitely won’t be going here again.

Honestly terrible.

I can buy a half chicken from coles for $5.50 instead of going here.
To the store owner that didn't provide his name.
That's the second time I have been abused with foul language by a red rooster store owner for a valid complaint.
I stopped going there too on principle, even though I was offered a $50 credit by head office (craveable brands).
It seems that red rooster owners always attack their customers with false accusations when they don't like what they hear.
Thanks for hanging up on me, I definitely won't be lining your pocket ever again.

Nice food kind staff, however the outside of this red rooster needs to be kept maintained it feels not looked after properly

I bought a Hellfire Box from Red Rooster at Browns Plains on 30/11/20 and was charged $21.25 for the pack, the mash & gravy was so runny there was no mash in it at all. The chips were cold & service was poor.
