Grabbed takeaway. Service was average took a long time to get served and not a very happy service representative. Food was terrible as well, too much bbq sauce on one burger, chips were soggy and not cooked properly and chicken was dry. Overall taste was average.

Those chips and some gravy are amazing. Rooster roll combo always good to eat in the car lol.

Been here for the second time now and the service has been lovely. Lovely customer service and yummy food.

We usually get good food but on the 1st of may 2020 it was terrible we had to wait for the food when arrived it was messy looking the chips where soggy and salty the service was OK when we where ordering the girl kept interrupting us

Food is consistently good. Staff are friendly and waits are never that long. When there is a problem they do whatever it takes to resolve it including delivering missing items.

Disgusting, extra long wait only for food to be served cold, unfriendly staff. Also customers after us were served before us, l believe our order was forgotten and then they rushed it to get it out to us, another couple of minutes wait would of given them time to prepare our food to an acceptable standard. I wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy, food was that poor.

The girl that served us tonight was so rude. She was throwing things around when she served us.

I have eaten here a few times food was fine I had no problems however found the floors dirty and the toilets not pleasant at all. I just hope the kitchen and staff were cleaner.

Yeah well you got to get it right you know I know it's hard for some people I didn't go to Red Rooster I went to Pizza Hut and I had a good feed haven't been there for about 8 years it was very nice I enjoyed it have had a small lunch and now I'm back home but just got to get it right

Food is always fresh and served in a timely manner. Good for a quick bite or a meal for the family instead of cooking

This visit the chips were cooked well and seasoned. That's a must with fast food for me. Everything else was good and they took care to get my order right.

Food was okay. Didn't offer butter with corn unlike most Red Rooster restaurants. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and in need of repair. Won't return to this place.

I love the Tropicana pack. But I always have to tell them too give me HOT chips, not sloppy cold ones, as I have had twice before

Bacon was raw, cheese wasn’t melted, roll was chewy and inedible, and when asked if it could be cooked properly, came out exactly the same.
When my partner called up the store to let them know he was abused by the manager and telling him that no we don’t have a microwave and that’s how it’s cooked and such.
Unimpressed and won’t be going back anytime soon.

Good customer service, but the food was terrible and the chips were not eatable, the amount of salt on them was so bad, the rooster roll had hardly any chicken on it if I wanted a roll with just mayo on it I would of asked for it, and at nearly 15.00 for the meal, won’t be back here.

The chickens are alot smaller than they used to be, still to infant to determine whether they're roosters once roasted. The only increase in size seems to be the prices

They have an older lady that works there who is one of the best workers i have seen, she is always friendly, and super professional.the young ones could learn from her in customer service.have no idea on her name, but have been serviced by her numerous times and always 100%

Alright always order from them.yesterday i order 2 of the 6 chicken wings, only got 10 pieces of chicken wings you have one job.
