The Staff at Rebel Garden City are SUPER helpful. I bought shoes for my daughter and the started breaking after a few weeks and they replaced them! They had all our records on their computer because I signed up for their reward card - definitely worth it.
Rude customer service. Waited at the watches section for 10 minutes while this employee was chatting to another employee. After he was finished chatting, he went to walk away. After asking for his help he was rude and short and also said he wouldn't price match a product that my friend got price matched yesterday. Do not recommend this store.

Absolutely brilliant service by Lorenzo in the shoe department. Being in customer service myself I was seriously impressed.
Range is ok. Staff are pleasant and willing to help. As it is a smaller store in a Westfield, it does not have bikes, though, unlike some of the new Amart to Rebel converted stores.

The lady at the front desk with brown hair was extremely rude and had no respect for customers, absolutely terrible.
Went in shopping for a GPS watch for running training. Justine the sales person was very helpful in explaining the features of the watch that i was looking for. Furthermore she even contacted the company rep to clarify some of the features that she wasn't sure about. Overall a positive shopping experience and i highly value the customer service received today.
