Rang the Mt Gravity store before opening time. An American who I think was called Ross answered my call. He was very helpful. Went out of his way to check the shoes I wanted were in stick. Put them behind the counter. Awesome sales service.

After walking into Footlocker and being ignored by their sales staff, I went next door to Rebel Sports and was immediately greeted with a smile and asked if I required assistance.

Friendly staff and good prices meant Rebel Sports made a $200 sale that could easily have gone to Footlocker if they could be bothered to ask a potential customer how their day is going.

This is the biggest rebel sport in qld! It accommodates to every persons and age. Has a half basketball Ball court and mini soccer court to keep the kids busy.

Was looking for assistance to buy Futsal boots, no one even made eye contact let alone said hello. I walked up and down shoe wall for at least 5 minutes trying to find anything that looked close to what I needed. At least 5 staff around and not one tried to help. So I walked out!

Travelled up the M1 from Gold Coast to buy football boots for my son. Was well worth the visit. Mohamed served us and knew absolutely everything about every boot. He was professional and friendly and helped us make the right decision on what boot was best not only for my sons wide foot but also based on what position he plays in soccer. Well done to Rebel for employing the right person for the job. I hope he is valued by Rebel as much as we valued his time with us today.

Poor experience. Tried returning boot that was still in warranty and got accused of stuff that I didn't do. Was accused of returning over 5 pairs of boots, which is odd since I have only ever bought two pairs of boots from rebel and still have the other pair. I would of thought being an ex employee the they would treat me with some sort of respect but no. Especially, when I tried showing them the issue and got told off infront of the whole store because apparently they smelt awful. Was told that they were not taken care of, which is weird didn't realise everyone cleaned their boots 24/7 after every use. They wouldn't take them, so I decided to take my business elsewhere and Browns Plains rebel were happy enough to take them. I don't understood how this Garden City won't accept a simple return.

I reckon this is one of the biggest stores in Brisbane. Huge selection of sporting goods, there is a good chance you will find what you are looking for.
I was after general fitness gear for yoga and pilates, and got everything from there.

They only had a small selection of cheap plastic soccer balls to choose from, not 1 Nike ball. Couldn't find a pair of black shorts without pockets for playing sport in.

Great Staff and big store. There are two basketball courts in the store. Big range of trendy sports items. Not too good for traditional Aussie sports though.

This isn't product related, but more the amazing caring and truely amazing staff! One of my daughters fainted in your store and her 6yr old sister was with her, the way you helped both while waiting for ambulance to arrive is truely truely heart warming as a parent to know yous were there for them both. I can't thank all of who was involved enough for looking after them. Yous went above and beyond, thankyou sooooo much for everything

Visited with my partner to buy training shoes. The girl working in the store was very rude & wasn't interested in helping us.
Cannot do anything for me except baby wipe. She said she can wipe the shoes with baby wipe

Malcolm was an absolute superstar! After receiving terrible service at rebel Capalaba we spoke to Malcolm on the phone to get the products we needed and then when we arrived in store he went above and beyond to help us out! We won’t hesitate to come back to Mount Gravatt in the future- thanks again Malcolm!
