Had the best customer service today, had to size up my grandson for a few things and we had Wen. S look after us. Not only did he take his time with us, he went out of his way to ensure that all of our concerns were addressed and gave alot of insight and information on different products. Usually love coming here but am disappointed by my most recent visit with my mother who was looking for a foam roller. The guy who “helped” us was quite condescending for the whole interaction, especially when I asked if there was a back stretcher or spinal arch instead and he said it was all the same. It’s not but okay.

Trying to buy a ascis trail shoe today Saturday 26/03/22 at the garden city store around 4: 15pm; there was a tall dark hair brush cut male staff near the men shoes section looked through me and was rather chatting with other staffs then asking me what size do I want maybe the management team at the rebel garden city should reconsider is it worth to pay too many staffs weekend rate for standing there and chatting ….

The coolest sporting store in Brisbane. Has affordable prices and great facilities including a basketball court and interactive soccer game. Walking into this store feels like you're walking into the future!

I like to celebrate great customer service, as in times like these it’s nice to be appreciated and valued for your hard work. Chloe served me today and was amazing. Even though Chloe wasn’t an expert in what I need, she sourced help and as a team Rebel they worked together to get the job done. An absolutely lovely experience with Chloe in the shoe department yesterday. I was looking for my first pair of gym shoes and I couldnt have asked for better customer service. Very kind and insightful. She was super knowledgeable on the different kinds of shoewear available, bringing out a range to try on and explaining what made each one better or worse suited for my goals. Chloe was so patient with me as I thought through my choices and I really appreciated all of her tips and insight, giving examples of her own experiences and opinions but not pressuring me into making any particular purchase. Overall super happy with the pair I ended up with and a huge thank you to Chloe!

First time being in the new store since the Reno's. At first I was amazed but slowly but surely I was just disappointed. Have always gone to Rebel for activewear because of the variety but now they just have underarmour, addidas, and Nike for the men. They aren't bad brands but when half the clothing is just sport style and not activewear it's 3 steps backwards for rebel garden city.

Did not have what we were after but helped us to order and get delivered for free. Would recommend.

Seamless online purchasing. Products could be further discounted. Excellent click n collect service - secure with photo ID requirement, seamless. Friendly staff. Colour of products did slightly from online marketing but not a huge deal. Disappointed with no stock of men's shorts. Extra stock for next year's Christmas is on my Christmas wishlist this year

I am a loyal member of Rebel and I was trying to get a size 4 UCL football with my friend in this store between 3: 22-3: 28pm today.

One of the male staff told us that we can only get into the testing area if we intended to buy it. After we picked the ball, we walked into the testing field. In the meantime, that staff walk in front of us and yelled "Get out! ". I was really shocked. Am I annoying to try the ball before I pay?

I feel embarrassed and humiliated by what he said. I would never get into the Garden City Rebel again.

I visited this store today with my 14year old son with size 14 feet. We were after some basketball shoes. The lovely young man who served us was amazing.
Initially they did not have the ones my son first asked for, but the staff member kept going out back and bringing out size 14 shoes, hoping to find a pair of shoes my son may like.
Eventually my son did found a pair he liked. The rebel staff member went above and beyond expected with an awesome positive attitude.
Absolutely asset to the store.

Thanks for the amazing service Liam & the team! I found the shoes I wanted, in the size that I needed and this wasn't the first store I went to in search for them but they were by far the best!

Best customer service from Mikey.the knowledge and time to show and explain the features definitely got the sale. Will definitely be back when we need another purchase.
