Really bad experience, one of staff who name is Lach*** deceive me. Once I had a look shoes, it was wrinkle at toe. So I said him to change it to another one, and he brought a one, looks okay, so I bought it.

When I came home and put on shoes, I felt something strange at toe and there was compressed paper to make it just pretends and looks okay.

I bought it today 3: 52pm, and was so embarrassed. It could be alright just say it is a last stock, or any excuse to me when back I buy it, RATHER than deceive or ghastly trick.

So I called up to enquire if they stocked something initially the lady that answered we lovely and transferred me to the department I needed and was I hold for 10mins.now I think what should have happened is taken my details and call me back instead of leaving me on hold that long. Disappointed

Great store, excellent floor staff who are very knowledgable and friendly.in my latest visit today, Jordan was very helpful with the netball shoes and explained different aspects of them and comparing with other speciality shoes. There was honest effort in helping out a customer and their needs. Jordan deserves a bit pat on the back.

Only giving 4 stars because the staff at the checkouts need to improve on their attitude and customer service etiquette - greeting, eye contact and farewell.also last couple of times I had to remind them that I had a rebel rewards card.when quizzed the checkout lady whats the benefit of having a membership, she was like 'meh not much really apart from getting promo stuff in your email. ' I mean really? If it's that useless why does Rebel advertise about it though out the stores.

On a side note, in the last 3-4 times I've been to the store, the receeded corner where the tennis racquets are displayed; the area has always been deserted.

I was served by Nate, he had heaps of knowledge on smart watches and actually showed me the ones that catered to my needs but didn't pressure to get the sale which I like, I ended up purchasing here instead of jb hi-fi because of the awesome customer service and better product display.

The manager here is Amazing! My son who is Basketball Mad came here to spend his bday money on his 8th Bday. He chose a mini hoop & ball aswell as a court ball, the manager spoke to him and heard it was his bday and gave him the ball as a gift. My son was over the moon Needs to be more people in the world like this man

Being offered a discount with Club membership saving $40 on purchase was nice. (Although Im sure Im about to be bombarded with emails from now on.)
Overall a good shopping experience.

Having been a previous team member I can give an honest independent review. Range is normally quite good. Diverse staff are friendly. Customer centric approach. Annual Half price sales generally on Under Armour. Fun environment. Average to exceptional product knowledge. Good location. Modern storefront facade. Afterpay, Zippay, Certegy available.

Areas of improvement - Staffing Ratios need restructuring and reformatting as a majority of comments are in relation to lack of staff during peak times. Quite often staff have to multitask and multiserve diminishing quality of services provided due to operational costs and financial parameters.

Management opportunities are shortlisted with little internal advertising. Current employment promoted after 6 months however at Rebel remained in same role for 4 years no promotion. Communications in relation to promotions can be improved.

Workload increased year on year to the point where it became stressful to maintain back of house, sales and merchandising.

Great place to be employed if you enjoy flexibility and work life balance. Above average award rates. Great friendships. Would definitely recommend to sports and sales enthusiasts. Highlight - having customers return and be able to help achieve their personal goals and dreams.
As a customer always had a pleasant shopping experience only issues being larger sizes which easily remedied by contacting other stores or going online. Will never return as an employee but will always remain a faithful customer.

Rebel sport had a good range of supporting good and clothing. The staff were helpful in our visit yesterday.

On sale NOW! Friendly and helpful staffs. I went there to buy a gift for my husband, and had no idea about different types of shorts. The staff came to ask me if I wanted any help. He also gave me useful advice on sport clothing.

The specials weren't overly special, but they do stock a large range. After spending 150 bucks, i thought they might offer a FREE bag though.

Brought a overcharging issue to staff at garden city today and the staff exceeded all expectations and showed what customer service should be. A huge thank you on behalf of my daughter.
