Great place to come if you need a medical certificate for a sick day with no questions asked, worst place to come if you’re actually sick. The reception staff are so horrible and rude, they scream at patients and are condescending. The average wait time is literally around 3 hours every time I come here, even with an appointment. The doctors hate their jobs and couldn’t care less about the patients. They offer no help at all but have the audacity to write a prescription for ibuprofen. The waiting room is crusty and stinks, the seats are probably where hep c originated.

Wouldn’t recommend this doctor unless you like waiting longer than 2 hours to see a doctor while those who walk in without an appointment an hour after you will be seen before you

Margaret on reception is lovely. I have observed her handle the most difficult and stressful situations with empathy and patience.

UPDATE: After making an appointment through the online portal, I was kept waiting for 50 minutes before I saw my doctor. After consulting with my doctor, I needed to see a nurse to set me up before the doctor performed an ear flush. Once again, I was kept waiting for over 40 minutes. No sense of urgency at this place, I will not be returning.

Receptionists need to learn some manners. Arrived at 6: 30pm (90 mins before close) and was told I would not be seen by a doctor and was told to go elsewhere. They talked to me like I was a burden on their lives. Terrible customer service.

Dr Ali very friendly. Dr George Coumbis in dental very great as well! Wait time can be long sometimes but it's the price you pay for having a convenient walk in medical centre:) 4 stars not 5 because have had a few less than great experiences in the past with some doctors but the the ones I've seen recently have been good.

Cant receive test results over the phone due to 'privacy'. Complete money grab. Want an extra consultation booked.

I have always used this doctors surgery because it is more convenient, the reception staff have always been lovely and the doctors always showed concern for my health but today. I did not get treated like a patient, I was treated like a number. After waiting my 30 mins (which I am okay with) my name is finally called and I follow the doctor down to his office BUT, someone who did not have an appointment was standing at his office door who cut in front of me to speak to the doctor. Which he allowed. Because of this, I had to wait an extra 15 mins to see the doctor and missed the radiology. So I am now sitting in the hospitals emergency waiting room and have been for the last 3 hours because I needed an ultrasound asap. I am not happy with my experience today with Dr Tom Moore, I do not recommend this doctor as he does not listen to what you have to say and just wants to rush you out without even asking you questions or doing any sort of check up.

professional excellent caring doctors. I haven been his patient for few years.he is realy good in his job.
I have savier spine issues, I wasn't able to work for 3 years. With his help, I am back to work now. I can manage my pain. Thanks a million dr Ali

Went in 30/11/19 and seen the most aragant doctor Ive ever experienced. I may as well seen a chemist. Sent away with muscle pain that I can't even sit with, got a little slip with nuramol in pen. Maybe he needs a personality as I felt very uncomfortable. Never again.

I used to go here until the doctor I used to see, sat me down and lectured me saying to me "do you want something wrong with you? You keep coming here and there's nothing wrong with you". He proceeded to be quite rude and I left there in tears.and still in pain. As a result I went elsewhere, which saved my life as it was found I had a large tumor in an ovary. I also had a skin cancer which the same doctor at Primary Medical dismissed as, in his insulting tone he always used with me "oh that's just one of those dry crusty skin spots you get when you get old"
At least one of the doctors here has very dangerous practices. After my experience I will never go here again and I advise, don't risk it.

I went in for a check up as i am sure i have a very strong case of the flu, Checked in at the front desk, and then sat down to wait. 1 hour and ten minutes passed and a fair few people that came in after me sat for maybe 15 minutes, then were seen by "the next available doctor". Finally my name was called, (Well they actually called my fathers name, which that had to be changed, don't understand how that can happen when i gave them my details). Finally get into the doctors office, explained that my whole body is aching, to which the doctor wouldn't let me get another word in for the whole minute and a half i was in his office. He did not check temperature or any of the usual steps, checks only my throat, tells me i have tonsillitis, when i am very sure that it is not as i have suffered from tonsillitis multiple times in the past few years. I tried to explain some of my other symptoms, but they seemed to fall on deaf ears. Long story short, waited an hour and a bit to be seen, just to be rushed through and sent back out the door. If you want a proper diagnosis, i would recommend literally anywhere else. You are just a number and nothing more at this practice.

I've heard lots of bad opinions regarding this practice in general. I've never had a bad experience. The reception staff are lovely if you treat them with courtesy and respect. The Drs are very professional and I've found they all treat appropriately. The nursing staff are also great. Very caring and helpful. I think the key is to treat all staff with respect in order to receive the same! I've seen some patients walk in with arrogance and disrespect from the get go, so if it were me having to deal with that I'd be inclined to return the favour. If people don't like waiting, find a practice that runs by appointment.

Receptionist was lovely, although the doctor didnt give two rats as**. Got told nothing is wrong with me, while im sitting there with tonsillitis and a swollen tongue to the point where its hard to swallow. Ended up walking out because he cant do his job properly. Ended up having to go to another doctors practice that was open. Do not recommend.

Margaret is the best person there. She works so hard but is so nice. Doesn't matter how busy she is she always has kind words and a smile.

Was rushed in after hours, was able to see the doctor in a short time which was good but the doctor didn't do a check up at all. Had an extremely high fever which she didn't check, painful symptoms which she brushed off and in the end she told me it was just a normal cold, to go home and take cold & flu. Went to a different medical centre for worse symptoms the next morning where the doctor identified a much more worrying problem that could have been addressed and eased the night before, if she had spent some time/listened.

Almost as if the doctors treat everyone like drug addicts, they don't care about anything nor anyone there's a doctor there old bloke with long socks and dresses weird, he will tell you old school methods to use on your children, there are two doctors there that are okay, the rest are complete idiots, i could do a better job.
