Worst doctor surgery ever. Recepanist needs to get another job. Never any availability to get a doctor, Wont take walkins. And wont book for ongoing injuries. And the response is always sorry come back another day.
Really friendly staff and doctors. Having Sam in physiotherapy working on my back after a work incident, too the receptionist making sure my appointments worked in well with my job, to Dee in the specialist section making sure all my appointments and paperwork was in order, to the doctors Dr. Miles and Dr. Erasmus working with me to get me back on track and dealing with my employers.
Donna was lovely & very helpful with any questions I had about receiving my 1st Pfizer vaccination. The procedure is very quick & simple. Painful…not for me but maybe for some people.
The nurse saw my young daughter straight away for a deep cut on her forehead. Her manner was lovely and gentle. A doctor came over straight away to glue the wound and she was also lovely.
Friendly reception staff. Made my Pfizer vaccine appointment easy. Nurse Chantelle was very friendly when checking me after my vaccine. Highly recommend this centre.

Amazing reception staff, very friendly and helpful with any enquiry. Plenty of doctors to choose from and the wait times are not long when having a walk in appointment. Also the nurses in the treatment room are so kind and are amazing with children! Highly recommend!:)

Do not ask for first available doctor. I was told an hour wait but have been waiting for 3.5 hours, along with maybe three other people who said the same thing. If you ask for a specific doctor, it looks as though you get put ahead in that doctors queue. I can’t have wait until other places start taking new patients again. This is the last time I trust this place with my time.
I would like to thank Dr Jabbar and nurse Donna for their great work in removing 2 suspicious moles from the back of my leg.

Waited nearly 3 hours, and wasn't advised of the wait time, still never got to see a doctor, unfortunately not good enough
Worst place ever! So many rooms but only ever have 2 doctors on and over a 2 hr wait. Don't waste your time.

Turned up with my 2 year old son with 15 minutes spare before they closed but both doctors on duty refused to see him! The computers have been turned off was what I was told! So much for Doctor - Patient care. Disgusting, unethical and unprofessional!
Dr George is the worst Dentice I ever seen.he rushed me threw with a $74 bill told me my denture was good when two Dentice from government told me not to use as they damage my teeth.i was very uncomfortable talking to him as he would not listen to my concerns.i would not recommend this Dentice service and dr George COUMBIS should be more concerning with his clients.i will be taking this matter to the Dentice ombudsmen as I feel they are a rip off.i wish I looked up the other bad reviews before I made appointment. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I don't recommend this Dentice at all.
Would give a 0 if possible, booked in for 9: 30 phone appointment and its now 1 and they keep saying we are next
Biggest waste of time, especially when the appointment is for a year old
While my GP is great, the office staff and policies are some of the worst I've come across. Never informed that there was a fee to send my records to my new clinic and that it would be outsourced to an outside company to be invoiced and compiled. Only now told weeks after initial request that this could take 6-8 weeks!
SECOND UPDATE: We’re in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, and not a single person is wearing a face mask. Very concerning that the staff won’t even adhere to the advice of medical experts.
UPDATE: After making an appointment through the online portal, I was kept waiting for 50 minutes before I saw my doctor. After consulting with my doctor, I needed to see a nurse to set me up before the doctor performed an ear flush. Once again, I was kept waiting for over 40 minutes. No sense of urgency at this place.
Receptionists need to learn some manners. Arrived at 6: 30pm (90 mins before close) and was told I would not be seen by a doctor and was told to go elsewhere. They talked to me like I was a burden on their lives. Terrible customer service.
