Physiotherapist Samuel is Awesome, knows his Job well and has great communication skills and explanations of injury.

The Medical centre upstairs I would rate a 2 STAR now that it has changed to appointments during the week, as it was walk- ins and much easier to see any Doctor when you are actually sick.

Excellent in every way. Dr. Jabbar is a Saint. Great Dr, great bedside manner. Highly recommended Skin Specialist.

Gaye the receptionist in physio is always helpful and greets me with a lovely smile every time.

The way doctors treat patients is nothing short of disgusting 3 times I left this practice in worse condition then entering. This is without the over hour wait times. Just another medical practice more concerned with taking your $ & charging Medicare. I wouldn’t let them treat my dog

Not worth going to, waited for 4 hours as a walk-in just to find out my name had already been called and I was waiting for nothing but I hadn't moved the entire time I was there so unless they have a 4yr old child calling out names there is no way I wouldn't hear it. Mediocre levels of service, seems closer to the attitude a fast-food resturant would have where they just want people gone as fast as possible

Amazing doctors (especially Dr Ashar Ali), and nurses. Unfortunately, the admin staff are rude and racist (not all of them, I must not generalise). I went today with my 11 year old with injured knees. The receptionist was extremely rude (she was the only one working) and didn’t let me make my preference for the doctor (as what we usually can), she didn’t even let me talk. She cut me off as I’m an ignorant and can’t speak English. I tried to talk and with her hand she asked me to shut up. She just showed me my way to chairs and said to wait as I am a walk in. She made me wait more than the others and I was watching patients been seen before me without appointments.

The bottom line, it’s not my fault that she was the only one working. She was very nice to the people of her own skin. I felt awful the way she treated. On my way back, I stopped at the reception and told her that she was very rude. She said thanks for your feedback rather than an apology. I gave stars just because of the professional staff there who needs acknowledgement.

I have been going here for 15yrs and its gotten so much worse over the last couple of yrs, the drs there used to care and listen now they are just rude, theres only one dr i still like there dr chapman, she is awesome and takes the time to listen the rest of them are flat out understanding you let alone helping, today was the last straw, i was told they do telehealth appointments on a weekend when i rang, 9 hrs later when the dr rang and i asked for a seperate certificate for work for today and monday just incase i still wasnt well enough for work he said they cant do that and that they dont do telehealth on a weekend and i said well thats not what i was told this morning, he said do u want the certificate or not? Just rude, im going elsewhere im sick of these drs down there that dont give a care about anyone and its not the first time i have seen this behaviour.

Waited 2 hours to be seen with major sinus infection wasnt given any antibiotics whatsoever told to take panadol and rest which is what I have been doing for the past day. Never coming back here again

This is a really good physio! I see Dr Samuel Ibrahim and he’s great and really helped me with the issues I went in with! Would totally recommend to go here!

I had an appointment with Donna, she was very comforting and reassuring. Great with explaining exactly what I needed to do during the appointment. Dee was also very helpful with booking an appointment in with little notice.

Always a good experience with Dr Erasmus. Friendly and always a service with a smile from Dee at reception.

I have been going to primary Medical centre for many years but I find now that the centre has changed from a walk in centre to an appointment centre
It does except walkins but there are very limited time slots and if you are willing to wait up to 2 hours to see a doctor
I am disappointed as like many I can't set a date and time when I am going to get sick

I have been going to several medical centre's over the years and can say this one is one of the greatest by far! Ofcourse wait times are expected if you don't book an appointment. The girls at reception are always working so hard. This afternoon I had the pleasure of dealing with Jackie at reception and she is always so lovely and helpful:)

Great Medical Clinic, can always rely on them. Theres sometimes a long wait but its worth it knowing your in good hands for your well-being. Thank you to Dr Indica and Donna for doing a great job!

Very friendly and professional. My appointment was running on time and the staff were all friendly and polite. Clean and hygenic waiting rooms and the nurse that did my injection was lovely and calming. Wil definitely be back.

Need more Doctors to keep up with the demand. And more Doctors working past 5pm! Why make an appointment when you just go at the end of the line!?

I had an injection today done by Barbra, as soon as she called me she greeted me with a big smile, was very friendly asked how my day was, made me feel comfortable and not rushed, she was very gentle and informative. An absolute asset to your company. She really made me feel good leaving and for the rest of the day.

Doctor Jabbar excellent, he listens and very understanding of our health issues. We feel very comfortable with him. He is our 3rd physician at the centre. The previous two have left the centre. We are glad that we decided to have Dr Jabbar as our family doctor.
