I don't know why it says walk in's available. I went here today as my adult non verbal autistic son is unwell and was distressed. The receptionist was unhelpful and said I needed to book an appointment. They could clearly see my son needed to see a doctor urgently, I just walked out.

This place is awful. With the exception of Margaret (reception) and Dr Ali, no one else has any ethics at all. My sister had covid and I had requested a telehealth. Dr Win (who supposedly doesn't do telehealth), declined to take the appointment. It took the reception staff 4 hours after opening, to call. The dark hair receptionist was raising her voice and showed unnecessary attitude over the phone. She was the least helpful person. TERRIBLE SERVICE, do not recommend this medical centre.

Legit the worst doctors! They do not help you. It’s so appalling each time walking in here knowing I have to tell them what I need rather then getting any help what so ever! How they are accredited is beyond me!

The fact you can also just dismiss children speaks volumes.

If I could give zero stars I would. Reception people are never ever friendly or professional. They leave long lines of people waiting whilst not even making eye contact with them or letting them know they won’t be long. They stand around talking and laughing with each other instead of actually addressing patients in the queue. I tried calling the number whilst I was in the practice and could see all the receptionist were free.to see if anyone would pick up. Low and behold the call was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. So when you think you’re on hold because they are busy, it’s more likely they just aren’t bothered to answer the phone! If you ask them how long the wait is, they will respond to you as if you’ve put them out and really inconvenienced them and their conversations. They are rude, inattentive and unapproachable and lack in customer service and empathy they are meant to provide for patients. Had a blood test and was told results should be back later the same day or the next day but either way I’d get a call from the Doctor. Called in to ask if they had received results (not actually asking for the results) just whether or not they came back yet and we’re on my file, so I’d know to expect a phone call. Then was told I would need to book ANOTHER $60 appointment to come in and see a doctor. Puts me out of pocket $120 til I can get Medicare to reimburse some.when I was told the doctor would call me with my result. Annoyed is beyond me, the lack of care and respect the ladies on the phone show their patients is unheard of. Every time we go there we’re made to feel like we’re an inconvenience and looked and spoken down on. Please if you are looking to go to a GP clinic, look elsewhere because you won’t receive the level of care you need at this practice.

Dr Afolabi Olaleye - RUDE

He seemed like he didn't want to be there. I give him a zero because of his rudeness. He needs to be given an employment review as his attitude and overall vibe is so off. Reading the comments, the concerning factor is that the practice knows about his treatment of patients and no action has been taken so do yourself a favour. Book somewhere else!

I phoned this medical centre to book an appointment i was on hold for 20 minutes. When someone finally answered the phone they proceeded to speak over me and then hung up the phone. Not happy at all.

Dr Jabbar is awesome especially with sskin issues and does awesome removal of skin cancers. Nurse Donna is a great person to work along side Dr Jabbar. Always there with a smile and great seeing the 2 working well together.

First visit to this practice was outstanding. Ladies at reception were both beautiful and friendly, and provided excellent service. Bulk billing is still a thing here as of 03/23, which is becoming increasingly rare. Would definitely recommend this practice

I'll keep this short. By far the most careless Doctor's I've every seen. During my first consult there, the Doctor took a phone call and spoke to another Patient for almost 10 minutes while I just sat there and waited. The second Doctor I saw told me to go back to the Practice I was moving from because it was going to be too much work for her to look at my history to see if the medication I was on was working. So disappointing.

Had an appointment with Dr Jasmine Win. Quite possibly the worst experience with a doctor in all of my life. There was absolutely no communication between us as patients and the doctor. She gave one worded replies to all our questions, no eye contact and her body posture was towards her computer. Very very disappointed

I have to say my experience was excellent today. Dr Jabbar was patient and informative. The nurse Donna who took care of me during recovery was extremely friendly, helpful and caring. Thank you so much. The other nurse (forgive me I can't remember her name) was also very good and helped a lot. I really appreciate you both. ️

Disgusting RECEPTION staff that wouldn't let me stay with my partner and my new born baby. Rude though out the entire process and unwilling to help. Shame on you.

Several Doctors always running late
I’m sick and tired, this is not a first time and
Same thing happened to another person while I was sitting there today

I had to Cancel my appointment after sitting 1hr and 15min
And also I guess Dr took 4 people (appointments) they came after me,

Because no one want to come late to their appointment
Appointment is appointment we can wait only 10-15 min
Strongly not recommended …?
You will realise if it’s happened to you

Mgt have to look after Dr ‘s timetable

Didn’t have a mask so instead of providing one for free like everywhere else does, they make you buy one from their in-house chemist. One stock standard cheap hospital mask was priced at $2.20. BLOODY RIP OFF!

The staff and the doctors are always fantastic. No longer do walk ins, and cant check in untill 20min before your appointment so even if the had people cancel you won't be seen earlier. The lounge always gives me anxiety looking for the least filthiest chair.

The worst experience happened to my partner finally got him to the doctors to get a mental health plan and check up on many over due problems made an appointment at 110pm due to anxiety and didn't want him waiting 210 came around after watching people come and go to be told yeah you might be next or you might not be so sorry I'm ashamed to be Australian with this health system not good enough but yet they will keep getting away with it

Rude service over phone, wouldn’t let me talk and shut down everything I was trying to tell them even though I know what I was talking about, lady kept insisting there was nothing they could do.again the next day same lady over the phone, kept talking over me and rushed the conversation, hung phone up while I was still talking. Browns plains medical centre you need to do better when providing your service, extremely poor and very rude, I should have asked for her name because y’all need to speak to her about getting retrained or just make her realise that it’s real people over these phones that when they’re asking for assistance to listen and comply, I am very upset with my experience with this medical centre, do better, please

The doctors I saw just guessed my symptoms and gave me a cream that made it worse. I've been to three different doctors and all three have given me different diagnosis, very annoyed cause they all didn't work and it spread and got worse

One of the worst clinics I've been on the phone for almost 10mins and nobody even answered my call or at least tell me to stay on hold.
