The arcade is great however,
The bowling alley kept malfunctioning and the screens didn't work. The pool table had two black balls, no white. So one blackball sunk and we lost it. Complete waste of money.
The food though was absolutely appalling. Dry buns on burgers that tasted days stale, dry tasteless pizzas and dry pork belly. Will not be going upstairs ever again. So disappointing to spend so much money for a sub par experience.

Rating used to be a 4. Experience got progressively worse. 2/3 escape room attempts had some sort of fault (or a few). At one point a room was shut down. On another occasion one staff member assigned to an escape room wasn't particularly helpful and was misleading in terms of initial instructions given before attempting a room. Food and drinks aren't great. The pool table balls are very light and the tables are worn out.

Went here for my daughters birthday and we all had an amazing time. Good prices with extra bonuses apon purchase.

What a parent saver for birthday parties. Host supplied, food supplied plus non- stop activities! Parents can go & enjoy lunch knowing their children are cared for in every way!

3 out of 5 games played stole the credit I had. Over priced rewards.

Busy during the holidays of course, don, t stress out they have the covid scan code on wall for easy filling in just be patient plenty of machines kids had fun and maybe the dad did as well

This is such a welcome, refreshing take on what we know bowling places to be. Staff were great also.

Large enough to cater for a lot of people, plenty of activities and games to keep kids busy. Definately recommend if you need an hour or two to kill with the kids.

I like that they are open until 10 pm many days. Though one issue; the points you can collect by playing for about 50$ will only be enough for a chewing gum or a little chocolate. Games are not too pricey, but definitely gift points shall be re-adjusted.

Very friendly staff. The deals for bonus credit on cards were pretty good. The escape room staff/operator were very friendly and cooperative and helped out a lot. I would definitely come back again and recommend to others!

Loud and vibrant. But after an exciting afternoon I discovered after I paid $40 and received only $25 on the card. Didn't have my reading glasses with me.

Some of the games are expensive for what you get but they do have a good amount of choices of games. The space was clean the staff were super friendly and helpful. We did an escape room which was super fun and the guy rwas super helpful during that and in making us feel comfortable

Good place to take kids to if you want to spend lots of money. The games here are addictive and one can forget about the time while playing the game.

We held a staff function here a few weeks ago, for the second time since its been open lots of fun but our chicken sliders were served totally pink - COMPLETELY raw one staff member ended up in hospital, sent head office an email and have not heard a word back.such a dissapointment will not be back

Excellent location for a lazy weekend. Bowling area is new and has a bunch of restaurants to order drinks. You have to book online before you go there as most of the times you won't be able to secure a spot for bowling. There is also a laser tag place which is interesting to play. All in all a 5 star bowling place.

Of all the Brisbane arcades Kingpin Chermside has some of the most engaged and friendly staff I've seen. They've answered many odd questions and aren't afraid to get back to you later if it takes a while to answer.
Being under the same parent company as timezone is an added bonus to let you share cards between arcades, and they have maimai!

Went there for a friends birthday party and overall was a great place for bowling had alot of fun messing around. Food took a bit long to come but other than that would deffinelty come again.

Lucky enough to come along when a little quiet. Had 2 bowling lanes closed off from the crowds so fun was had by the 9 of us. Staff came around regular ly asking if we needed food and drinks.

Didn't stay n play though looked great for familys though the help desk should b on first level in sight of the entrance doors level2

This is the best kingpin we've been to! Such an amazing array of games so you can easily be there for an hour. Awesome deals for the more money you pay. Just buy in bulk and you get extra games! Staff are all friendly and fun as well!
