I was at kingpin tonight with my little sisters, and they wanted to have a go at the standing virtual reality game. Ecca (staff member) was absolutely lovely & talked us all through what was going to happen so that my sisters wouldn’t get scared. Everyone had a great time, and we wanted to thank Ecca for her incredible work!

Mitsuki was a great host for me and my mate, helped me with sorting out the pool tables and showing me how to play

Great place for kids (and grown up kids) to have a bit of fun, and test your skills on the awesome games they have.

Awesome party for our 8yo son. Sophie took care of everything and it all ran very smoothly. The kids had a fantastic time. Highly recommend Kingpin for a party.

We held our son's birthday party at Kingpin Chermisde and couldn't be happier with the service and venue. Our party host Lainey was fantastic. I would highly recommend Kingpin if you're looking to host a party there.

Such a fun family friendly place. Not ridiculously priced and there are areas that are quieter for those with sensory processing issues. Good fun for adults and children alike.

Arcade Staff at KingPin Chermside are so helpful. Always ready to assist with game questions and tips. The new staffers helping with the Spin and Win were great on the weekend as well. Will always recommend this arcade. Always clean and game working.

My partner booked bowling as a little getaway from the kids. The people at bar were lovely, Nikki and Ryley joked around with us and made us feel really welcomed. We went downstairs and we were a bit overwhelmed but Rhi was lovely and professional and really helped us out. The only bad thing was there was a blonde guy with tattoos that took us to our lanes and he had an attitude and felt like he didn’t want to be there and came off rude. Overall, it was okay experience definitely would come back with the kids.

Big shout out to MY BOY HARRY and lit as waiter Dan for providing the goods/amazing customer experience. These guys deserves a raise!

Fantastic party with Indi and Mathilda - every whim was catered for - awesome customer service. Kids had a fantastic time.

We went for a birthday party for a friend and a girl called matilda was extremely rude to us and seemed so disinterested in being there.we were booked in to be on bowling for an hour and was kicked off 20 minutes earlier then promised.the drinks that were ordered were absolutely disgusting.the fairy floss on the cookies and cream mocktail was stale and old.wasn’t even fairy floss texture.tasted and felt like eating carpet.the cookie on the reece’s drink was pushed in so couldn’t even get it out to eat it.the passion fruit mocktail had old not ripe passion fruit.the drink was extremely sour and was undrinkable.tried to make it better by giving us free games of pool and offering soft drink.definitely not worth it.wont be coming back!

Absolutely enjoyed my visit way more than 5 stars can describe, employees made us very welcomed and offered many ways in which he can make our visit better!

We had a birthday party for my grandson. Whilst there are some challenges with doing this if you don't book the whole thing with them (such as having to arrive early and grab a table), the young people who work there are really wonderful. They all have a great attitude, work hard and actually seem to like children. I wanted to tip them, but they don't have a mechanism for that - but wanted this instead. They were great, food was good and the children had a ball! Well done

We went for a bowl but found so much more! The space is well laid-out over two levels. Moveable furniture, a lift between levels, ability to wear your own flat shoes and byo ball makes it accessible for all. Easy online booking system (phone/counter service also available) and welcoming staff enhanced the experience. Will definitely be trying some of the other activities next time.

Me and my partner had heard about kingpin chermside through a friend- we didn't know the venue was so big but thankfuly the staff were great and helped us out. The girl jesse that checked us in made sure to check in on us all night and showed us how to order from the menu and also gave us free arcade time for our first visit.the staff were amazing but our only complain would be that the menu wasn’t that allergy friendly and my partner struggled to eat most the menu item but I would still recommend kingpin to anyone thinking about going

I want to give these guys a 5 stars as the service here has been fantastic from start to finish! I can’t wait to come back again

It was a great place to play some bowling while in Chermside with friends. Loads of good food options and drinks. They don't market the pool tables much. You can buy credit and play a game too. You can book bowling lanes online and pay when you arrive. Had good fun.

Kingpin we’re awesome tonight. Harry helped us with all our needs and made sure we got great value from the gaming options. Kids loved it. We will be back.
