Most of the staffs are friendly and store always looks very nice and clean. I hope they do regularly sanitise printers, as they seems to be busy all the time. Their 5% price beat guarantee is the best!

I always spend too many time there. The system of the print machines is quite slow and very painfully, once a staff was very unhelpful. Terrible customer experience! Just go there when is really necessary and have no plan B!

I would like to call out the excellent service I received from Woolloongabba staff member Georgie.
Georgie was so professional and helpful in my endeavour to select the correct photos for my request.

Couldn’t bind papers on the day. Had to make an appointment. Very disappointed.
One staff member was very helpful in finding alternatives but overall did not leave with what I needed.

How come no one ever answers the phone? Just want to know whether I can drop off old computers for recycling? A friend mentioned you use to be able to.

I don't think anyone in the store knows how to answer a phone regardless of which phone menu option I tried.

Called up to inquire about a product only to be hung up on and told that they are too busy to take my call.after coming into a dead empty store and being misdirected by staff that can't do there job they didn't even have a the product in stock.very disappointed as these guys are just taking advantage of the crissis were in so they can drop the little customer service they had to begin with!

Gee whiz. Reckon I spent half an hour in the daewoo matiz just looking for a park. Superb range of pens but. I'll catch the bus in next time. Hooroo!

Very Poor customer Service. Staff is here very slow. It Took me 60 mins almost an hour for just a passport size pic even they have all the staff working on the floor. Usually it takes 5 mins for that. Will Never come to this store again.

William who works in the computer department has exceptional customer service, I came in a few days ago with a laptop that wasn’t working no matter what I tried, he fixed it on the spot for me and explained everything in a way I easily understood, he was beyond helpful and friendly, I highly recommend this officeworks
