I just wanted to say thank you to Jenni for helping me problem-solve the best option for boxes and how to customise the boxes so my items could fit snuggly into the boxes. Your assistance was most appreciated. I will be returning again to this store.

Worst service ever, online says produce available for pick up next day. I ring the store they all but laugh at me. I'm told to ring the 1300 number that no one ever answers the line is too busy call back later. Never buy from Officeworks they sell stock they don't have.

I needed a photo enlarged to put on the coffin of a close family member whose funeral I was organising. The lady with the multicoloured hair in the printing section was so patient and kind, creating a paper copy first to be sure I was happy with it then the photopaper version which she even cropped and fitted into the family frame I'd brought with me. She very efficiently served other people in between parts of my job and when the whole thing was done and perfect she gave me a docket to pay for it on the way out. It cost 86 cents! Quite apart from the obvious bargain price, I can't begin to tell you how much her kindness meant to me during such a difficult time. Amazing customer service. I wish I lived in Brisbane so I could shop here all the time.

I went into the store to ask about printers. A man said that he new a LITTLE about printers. His name was William and this man just blew my mind on his amazing knowledge. I realised that he must have been kidding by saying that he knew a little, William was just so good at customer service and his depth of knowledge about the products at Officeworks that I was literally so shocked I told him I loved him! Thank you William for helping me choose the correct printer!

I called up to ask when my canvas would arrive - It wasn't late - however, I ordered it too late.
Michaela from the store and a lovely lady - also beginning with M were SO helpful and tried really hard to make sure I knew where it would be. They even printed it off for me as a kind gesture of goodwill even knowing that it was my fault! - So kind - They went out of their way - Thank you ladies!

Do not ever expect to be served here, service is pathetic, all staff fighting over cashier work, and zero floor staff. They all whinge about each other and there roles. Stock is always an issue also. You can spend an hour in there staring at a wall and won’t be noticed. No one will ever help you or ask if you need assistance. Avoid like the plague. Based on the foot traffic they have no interest in fixing anything. Id give 1/3 a star if I could purely on the basis they open on time. I have given them plenty of sprays and tried basic feedback as a local in the hope things could improve. It’s a tired unproductive team whom have zero direction whom are individually there to collect a pay check and do as little as possible at any given time. If you need a pencil your better off cutting down a tree and filling your own.the pain and time would be better spent than thinking of stepping foot in this Chicken farm.

Helpful friendly staff. My wife went in today for a massive printer. They were kind enough to offer to being it to her car for her.

Girl at printing service said they weren't taking passport photos because "machine was jammed". Same excuse I got at another Officeworks store I just visited. How convenient! Are they instructed to say this, or are lazy employees just using the same BS excuse to prevent actually doing their jobs? Disgusting.

Shopping for a few items while waiting for a friend getting photos. Woman up a ladder asks me. Am I Ok? Not can she help me, but am I Ok. Upon checkout was unfortunate enough to get the same insulting and ignorant woman who asked if I had the funds available on my card.before purchase!

What is she thinking? What's the plan here? She thinks I am going to somehow purchase an item without the funds? She thinks I may not know how much I have available? I don't get it. Why on earth would anyone EVER ask this of someone?

Are you kidding me? This is an absolute joke and a massive insult. Never again Officeworks.

The somewhat overweight blonde woman with no understanding of the word respect. If anyone was wondering. Absolutely disgraceful. Who hires these people? Is it really that hard to find decent, sensible and respectful staff?

Can't recommend it at night - attended on 7th of June.
It's like a Asylum for antisocial staff. No one wants to make eye contact or ask if you need anything, it's like your annoyance. This might not reflect what happens with day staff but it's a nightly shame. Management need to give night shift a good deal of customer service training.
Front recycling area overflowing in to the walkway at the entryway too.

Truly awful service.

Went to return faulty headphones with the receipt in hand. I was told they couldn't find the transaction and to call a 1300 number and come back. After calling the number they had no idea what I was talking about and that it was the responsibility of the store to follow this up.

I called the store explaining this and received the WORST customer service from someone claiming to be the manager. They told me sorry, they couldn't find it. Provided no further help as if I was just going to walk away and accept the fact that I'd wasted over $100 on a dodgy product.

It was actually up to me to find the solution. I had to sit there and give them every detail on the receipt while receiving the snarkiest attitude from someone purporting to be in a customer service leadership position. Well, they eventually found it and couldn't explain why their system had failed. Wasted my morning. If the ACTUAL store manager sees this, fix your system and retrain Aly, your "manager".

I had a bad experience here.
I ordered 2 pop up banners the week prior. I arrived to pick them up at the agreed date and was advised they lost my designs and didn't start them. I called over 10 times that day at different times, nobody answered the phone. Also nobody called me to ask me to resend the designs.

When I got the pop up banners, I was unable to open one unless I destroyed the other protective casing. Due the poor quality of the casing it was all caught inside.

Additionally, the text at the bottom of my banner does not show. The poles at the back are not long enough to pull the banner high enough.
This is despite me optimising the image based on the sizing guide officeworks provides as well as confirming the designs in store prior to ordering.

Last Saturday morning my daughter and I were in your store and we were trying to work out how to enlarge and print a photo.
An extremely helpful young man came to our rescue - his name was THOMAS.

This is for the horrendous car park. Shame on officeworks for doing nothing about this in years. I hate going here.

Terrible car parks, terrible service. My scanned documents I wanted to my email never arrived. Avoid this office works, highly recommend the office works at Windsor. Worth the drive for the better service.

I absolutely love going to Officeworks Woolloongabba. The staff are so attentive and knowledgeable and I always leave with exactly what I need at the very best possible price. There is no problem too big that they can't solve as well. 5 star service.

I went to this store to use the public printers at officeworks Woolloongabba, when I wasn't sure what to do, and there weren't any instructions I could find I called my wife. She was on the phone with me when I was told by a passing staff member that "You don't know better then the machine does, so make sure you follow the instructions! ", when I explained that I was looking for the instructions which I couldn't find anywhere he delete my progress and made me start all over again, as if I was a naughty student in his class and he was my teacher trying to teach the naughty kid a lesson.
My wife heard the entire encounter and was as expected, infuriated.
We don't visit the Woolloongabba Store Anymore.

Bought a packet of Doritos from this store recently. Very impressed with the quality and flavour of the product. 10/10 will come here again

Tried twice to phone store & no one would pick up.
Great service!

Bad service. Waited at the cash register line for 5 minutes while 4 staff (that’s right-4 staff) looked after a single customer. Have no idea why.
Officeworks Buranda Customer service is at an all time low.

Zero stars is too much for this place! I ordered online and paid extra to have a $300+ office chair assembled. I collected the order only to be given the chair n a box! I was told by the store manger that someone would call me to assemble the chair - they have just invoiced me for another call out fee for them to come out when they stuffed up the order. Unbelievable incompetence, rip off pricing - neve a sale on even on Boxing Day! Never again.
