Avoid this place like the plague, total time wasters. If you go down there you'll find they have trouble printing, internet doesn't work well so their printing process suffers. They damage your property like my stuff they destroyed in the laminator, parking isn't great and coustomer service is non-existent

I made an online order on Friday at 11 am.
I ordered 13 photos (6 x 4”) to be collected.
The photos were going to be used for my son’s 1st birthday party the next day.
I called at 5 pm to check if the photos were ready for collection, they weren’t as the printer was out of service.
I was asked to call an hour later to see if the photos were ready for collection.
I called again at 7 pm, the printer was still out of service.
The next morning, I called at 10: 30 am, and I was told the two staff rostered to work in the copy and print section were absent. Also, my photos were still not printed.
I didn’t have my photos in time for my event unfortunately.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The furniture section was my interest. The range of gaming desks and chairs was quite large. Not enough display desks though. There's a new range of design your own office chair which looks interesting. Custom make your own chair, chose the base, type of seat and type of back support. All in whatever colour you like.

Unfortunately the car park is very small. However, I cannot speak highly enough about Jenna, who spent a considerable amount of time helping my friend and me with a fiddly photo task. She was friendly and patient and explained everything clearly. Thanks for being awesome, Jenna.

The last three times we have been here we haven’t been able to smoothly do our printing either due to machines being down, or there being a backlog of days for one simple print job.staff seem to be affected by this pressure too impacting their customer service.in contrast the city adelaide street store is always a pleasure to deal with.

Terrible service… my second visit and they always pretend they are busy and try to avoid customers just by giving directions… will never visit again…

Finally getting a chance to write this review but I just wanted to give a shout out to Geoff for his amazing customer service! My partner and I were buying a printer quite late at 8pm and he was so knowledgeable and helpful and spent a lot of time with us to make sure we were getting the best option. Thank you!

Firstly, I have found great perplexing trouble with the horrendous car parking space. I have been directed to park across the road to ease with this trouble however, this led to my door being taken off by a passing by speeding car. Secondly, the behaviour of the staff to be playing wheelchair races whilst on the clock is unbelievable they didn't even offer me a seat KMT. Finally, the customer service is through the roof absolutely wonderful I was struggling to find any stationery and a young greek man was very helpful in assisting me however i believe that the stationery is slightly hidden. The use of PDT's was extremely inconsistent one minute they had the stock and the next it was only to be found in Carlton SMH.

Stopped by today to do some last minute printing and Mackenzie was so helpful and efficient thank you!

Have been to the Woolloongabba store several times and found they haven't had what they say they have online. Very poorly stocked. Don't waste your time.

It has a huge amount of stuff just a shame the staff generally are bad for dishing out therapy.
Beyond The Pale with regards that.
But it is the best place to get stuff for sure

Feel bad giving such a negative review because the staff are lovely but their print and collect counter is soooo slow! Was there for nearly 45 min trying to print. 40cents worth of photos!

Can’t say enough thank you’s to the copy team at Officeworks Woolloongabba. Nothing was too much trouble, they re did a print job that didn’t turn out - basically no questions asked. Couldn’t have been more helpful and this is surprising considering how busy they - all the time. Thanks team and have a wonderfully Xmas

Service is always incredibly slow with dated printing machines that never function properly and lead to lengthy customer queues at the counter. Photo printing is especially awful, the printers don't appear to receive any maintenance. The company makes enough money, there's simply no edcuse for it.

Average store with the worst print department I've used over 2 states.

The selection in the store is nothing special, though they'll randomly have a clearance on a whole isle. The click & collect is dicy, with the location not being easy with all those surrounding motorways (and the added issue they generally have constant low stock - which means you'll order stuff and your whole order might not be there).

The print department is a mess, to the point it is not worth using them. I've never seen staff working, but the queue from print jobs has varied from 5 days - 2 weeks for a 15 minute print job [which you'd get in the CBD store that has 1/2 the space]. There is no logical reason to how this is a thing, nor do staff seem apologetic, even if it's disingenuous.

I'm not a one-time dissatisfied customer, I've been trying to get average service their for 2 years and it's consistently trash - don't use this store.

No one ever answers the phone at this store. I have tried calling the listed phone number to ask a question about click and collect from this store on 4 different occasions this month and have never had anyone pick up the phone. 0 stars for customer service.

Special shout out to Sharon at the printing station, for taking the time despite being very busy to help us out by letting us custom print. Meant the world to us, and got us the supplies for our kids show to make it a huge success and a great day for them all. Give this lovely woman a raise!

I want to say a huge thank you to William who assisted me yesterday. He was so helpful attending to our needs for photos for our family members funeral. Officeworks is very lucky to have him on their team!
