Slow delivery. No updates on product delay. Customer service unpleasant, unprofessional and lacked product knowledge.

Discounts not worth the hassle of incompetence. Just shop at Big W.

Absolutely terrible customer support will never shop here again. Returned a faulty item under warranty, staff member would not exchange item as it was an online order, had to refund and then purchase a new item. Was refuned without asking to my old credit card which is closed I do not have access to, even though I was there with my card out to be refunded to. Would not get her manager or assist in any manner. Terribly run store

Big shout out to the amazing staff and Officeworks Woolloongabba. Every time I come here, they are courteous, professional, super fast & efficient. The ladies in the copy centre are wonderful. So fast & professional. Geoff in Tech is an amazing font of wisdom. He explains things thoroughly so it’s easy to understand. I’m very happy to recommend them & support this store with my custom.

Really frustrating shopping experience! They have taken away the test keyboards. Needed a new keyboard and mouse for work was prepared to spend $200 - $300 plus other bits and bobs but walked out empty handed.

People with longer finger nails can't use flatter or compacted keyboards. Nor do people want to work with loud or quiet buttons according to their preference. Computer keyboards can't be purchased soley from a picture on a box.

Just so stupid, senseless and ignorant.

To top it all off there was not a single staff member in site to help me.

Many thanks to Azad! There were some issues with what I printed. Azad listened to my concerns and provided perfect solution. Azad gave excellent customer service that exceeded my expectation. Great job!

Absolutely disgusting action from one of the older staff members. She was awful awful. When we bought a chair floor mat without a barcode on it, she got irritated and shake her head and say “no I need a barcode”. Then mate, you go find it? It’s your job as a staff? And she said to us, “you gotta walk back and take a picture of the barcode”. Not herself though, because she’s apparently the boss of this place and the customers are not her concern. Then my partner had to walk back to the isle, got one with the barcode, went back to the counter to purchase it. The lovely young girl got everything through, this older staff came back and TOOK IT AWAY FROM US! Then she gave us the one without the barcode which was sitting there and said to the young girl “No, not that one, take this one”. LIKE HELLLOOOOO? Common sense and customer service is 0. Anyway, we are absolutely disgusted by this older staff behavior. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and even the younger staff had to feel the awkwardness when she did that. Anyway, did not got the older staff name, but SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

Jenny the manager is an absolute gem! She provided a 5-star customer service experience when assisting with an urgent order of pull-up banners for an upcoming business conference. She understood the pickle I was in and saved the day to ensure we had the printed marketing collateral we needed in time for an upcoming event. Highly recommend.

Took me 5 seconds to get a self serve print card. Self serve scanners/printers are swift and reliable. Staff are always helpful.

Please get more people to serve! It’s ridiculous to see 3 team members trying to solve a problem with one customer and only have one person serving. Also your return process is painful - just got a iPhone case, got to my car, open the box and there was not case - went straight back to the store to return and was pretty advised that a manager needs to approve the return. What? ! For something that was stolen by another customer. Poor form!

Prep: 5 mins
Total: 20 mins
Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, or vegetable oil

1 large egg

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Assorted toppings, such as butter, maple syrup, confectioners' sugar, honey, jams, preserves, sweetened whipped cream, or chocolate syrup.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees; have a baking sheet or heatproof platter ready to keep cooked pancakes warm in the oven. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; set aside.

Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, butter (or oil), and egg. Add dry ingredients to milk mixture; whisk until just moistened (do not overmix; a few small lumps are fine).

Step 3
Heat a large skillet (nonstick or cast-iron) or griddle over medium. Fold a sheet of paper towel in half, and moisten with oil; carefully rub skillet with oiled paper towel.

Step 4
For each pancake, spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter onto skillet, using the back of the spoon to spread batter into a round (you should be able to fit 2 to 3 in a large skillet).

Step 5
Cook until surface of pancakes have some bubbles and a few have burst, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip carefully with a thin spatula, and cook until browned on the underside, 1 to 2 minutes more. Transfer to a baking sheet or platter; cover loosely with aluminum foil, and keep warm in oven. Continue with more oil and remaining batter. (You'll have 12 to 15 pancakes.) Serve warm, with desired toppings.

Not the first time having a bad experience but this time I took the time to write a review. Out of cards in the dispenser for self printing, I asked a staff member to help me with that and he told me to go and line up in the counter (fair enough). After 25 mins waiting in the cue of only 2 people, I decided to find somewhere else where to print. A couple was printing pictures the whole time and no other staff tried to help even though some of them were not bay at all. I highly recome y yo find a different store before going to this one, unless you have plenty of time to kill.

You can find different kinds of office, stationary and computer related items here. It is big enough to stroll around.

I had to lodge a PayPal dispute to get a refund on a phone that Officeworks didn't deliver. Their tracking showed it was 'between stores' and they couldn't issue a refund until it had arrived at the second store.
I waited a week on a 'click and collect'.
Never give money to Officeworks for product that isn't in front of you

Sarcastic tone and condescending comments towards customers over the phone does not appeal to me, had gone to this specific shop for years, guess I'll find a different Officeworks close to home

While I had some issues with my experience at the Officeworks Woolloongabba store, I must say that the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I did find the carpark to be a bit difficult to navigate and the staff could have been more knowledgeable about the products. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Photo machine doesn’t work with iphone, wifi app was down. With 25 min before the store shut was hoping I had the time to print 2 photos. No assistance with the technology, no counter print service - they were more concerned about closing the store in 15 mins.

Following morning went to Kmart, was able to print 35 photos in 10 mins. No hassle.

I recently visited the store to scan photos for my father’s funeral. Jennah was extremely helpful. Even without me mentioning the reason behind my visit, she went above and beyond. Thank you so much for you amazing service, it meant more than you know xx

06.08.2022 This store is great. Huge! Went to get a few photos re-printed. Caitlin was fantastic, she deserves 5 stars for patience, friendliness and definitely knowing her job. ID card photos taken here too.
Everything was reasonably priced, lots of range of goods.
Toilets in store.

Very badly designed carpark and I am wondering why Council approved it? As those drivers coming in has to wait for those coming out creating a jam and the only way in for pedestrians is to use the driveway no pedestrians access, creating a dangerous situation for both drivers and pedestrians
