Came in for 3 A2 posters at 2 pm came back at 3 when they said they would be ready, then was told that they hadn't been printed. Finally got my posters at quarter to 5. Xoxoxox
OMG don’t even bother. Absolutely hopeless and lazy. Refuse to do their paid jobs. I don’t understand what they think their role is. If office works don’t want my business they shouldn’t advertise the service! Combine that with the rude attitude they had towards all the customers makes this place a joke. How can staff just refuse to do their jobs?
On today's visit, Joshua listened to what I thought I needed then showed me an alternative (and better) solution. Great!
They didn’t even acknowledge us for a good ten minutes at the service desk, when we were finally served the girl couldn’t even care less.
The 2 stars are for the staff. The absence of the other3 is the lacklustre range of products within the Virginia store. I went to buy the OPPO from there after checking to see if it was in stock in the Virginia store online.
Yes, they were in stock. When I get there, no the stock I saw online were returns but there was no stock available.
Today I want to buy a universal adaptor. Can you believe they are the ONLY store NOT to stock them? Kind of ridiculous when you consider they are the closest store to the airport.
