Worst customer service ever, had to wait over 10 minutes to buy a laptop, no one did even come around to ask what do we need. They passed and tried really hard to not make any eye contact. Didn't mind waiting to be honest, but being ignored is the next level of customer service

On 17th October I went to Officeworks Virginia for 2 photocopies.
I diligently waited in line and when it was my turn I said handling two A4 pages "Hello, can I please have two photocopies, one of which". Madeleine, the person who was assisting me, asked: "Hold on, do you want two or one of each? ", I then reply "One of which please, thank you". Madeleine rolled the eyes up to me, being annoyed, and turned the back doing the photocopies. Now, this rolling up of the eyes was hurting, I felt like I wasn't threated fairly as customer and made me think of avoiding in future that same employee. Is that the right feeling to have when you came in as customer at Officeworks Virginia? I don't think so.

We needed funeral programs urgently printed before travelling interstate; and, it was a huge relief to have them completed just before 9.00pm!

I called before going to confirm if they were taking picture for passport, and they said yes, arriving there, a couple of minutes later, they told me they were not.

5 stars only for Renee who served me tonight.she was extremely helpful and attentive.thank you Renee

Best service ever

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
No one assisting people, finally got someone to come and help with retrieving a laptop just for them to go and never come back and someone else tell us there was none in stock, to then be grabbed on our way out with “oh I think we do have one”.
Train your staff better. Will not be back.

This Officeworks is really well positioned with masses of parking under the Bunnings building so you’re out of the sun, nice!
The staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, sending me to the correct aisle for a laptop sleeve. This saved me time as I like to be in and out as fast as possible.
Going during the day midweek is best if possible as there is never a que at the till.
There were plenty of staff, well stocked and great prices for what I needed.

Very helpful staff, clean store and the layout is like the other stores so easy to find what you're looking for.

Wish I could give negative stars, Virginia officeworks has a bunch of useless people employed in there, I’ve paid for a photo to be printed on a canvas and they promised that my canvas would be done in a week, it’s been 5/6 weeks now, and I’ve gone in store 2 times trying to receive my item, and they are offering me a refund. Don’t false advertise something you can’t provide, and it’s not the first time I’ve had bad customer service here. Find a different store to visit

I had an abnormal printing job to be completed and was helped by Kelly at Officeworks Virginia who was absolutely lovely to deal with.

She ensured the print was exactly what I was after during a busy period where there were many other customers to juggle. Thank you.

Very Disappointed with the person who served us today. We went a few days earlier to print wedding invites and the person who served us named AMY was so rude and didn’t want to help us at all. Just kept talking over us and kept saying, we don’t do that an we can’t do that but yet all our invites was printed from there. All we wanted her to do is print us some more invites. That’s all we wanted. I know they were busy but she didn’t want to help us, kept saying we can’t do that but yet our invites were done there by a young man named Henry, who was absolutely lovely. Henry gave us the best experience an even offered us ways to make our invites better. Thank you Henry.

Staff were talking rather than serving. Billed out the wrong product and swapped to a new staff member mid way through the return (which wouldn't have needed to be completed if they had been paying attention). When I tried to tell the
second staff member that I shouldn't have to explain the details of the return twice just because the first customer representative was putting a ladder away and didn't feel like walking back to the front, they spoke over the top of me condescendingly saying 'have a nice day' while I was still talking. The staff used to be nice here, but they now seem to get off on creating trouble for customers. I plan on returning the item now anyway, I don't even want to look at it the experience was so bad.

The
employees have always been helpful when I have asked for help. They are young & tech- savvy.

Fantastic service, the shop assistants are very helpful patient even with the returns from the managers to the floor teams, I was very impressed with my last purchase of a MacBook. Thank you and will be back always.

I have been going to Virginia Officeworks for years. Every time I go there I get great service. But I have to make a special shout out to Amy. She welcomes you like family but gives professional service. I was there yesterday to get two posters printed, by six pm they were done. Great work. I tell everyone about the Virginia store due to your staff. Keep up the good work. Thanks

I went to Office work at Virginia on Thursday And closing time was 5pm I enter 4: 56, She is start arguments with me you can’t use a printer because we are closing soon. She is a racist lady. She don’t know how to talk with customers. Very disappointed

Office works is seriously the best place to kill an hour. I love cruising up and down the aisles. No matter which one you attend they are all great and full of the latest stuff. The staff at Virginia were super helpful with my silly questions, so I cannot thank them enough!
