Had to return a faulty tablet I bought and they were able to look up the receipt for me to get it repaired.

I had a great experience in store this afternoon! Roxanne (I hope I got her name right) was very efficient, kind and helped me get the correct phone case. Exceptional service is hard to come by these days so I really appreciated it:)

Just wanted to commend Madeline from the Virginia store for her outstanding customer service today. It had been a long time since I received such professional service. Madeline was really busy working on her own but, still she provided the most polite efficient customer service which was really appreciated.

I walked in here today and went up to a staff member and asked him about a desk and chair and I showed him which one I wanted and he said he would have to get the desk out back so I waited for him to come back with it and then he just leaves it right next to me and I said oh are the trolleys out front and he said yeah and walks off…. So off I go to go get a trolley and come back to put the heavy box onto my trolley by myself…then this other lovely worker comes over to me and says oh let me help you and I said yes please and she put the heavy box on for me and got another box and put that on for me too that I wanted. I said thank you so much and she said not a problem at all. This guy that walked off had no social skills and didn’t look like he wanted to help in the first place. Definitely won’t be coming back to this store to buy anything.

Quick Click and Collect and nice BOH staff. All printing staff and FOH are so unhelpful. Young blonde girl and young dark haired girl with glasses in charge of printing, rostered on tonight, have no sense of urgency and are extremely rude.

I been there last week to save time to going to aspley one that’s on gympie road. Just for 2 printouts they let me waited for 30 minutes and when i asked one of their team respresentative so she just ignored and walked away and i want a something else also so i asked her can you tell me or show me that things where’s that she didnt. Only a guy was there who seen me waiting for long wait he apologised for that the other womens working there they were just doing just chit chats instead of helping customers. Such a bad experience with these people instead of going there or wasting your time please go to aspley office work guys or anyother thats close to you

I have been using this story for years for all my printing and stationary purchases. At times the printing can be very complex - multiple documents, some colour, some single sided etc - and they always get it right. Big shout out to Maddie who is exceptional. Sure, sometimes they get busy - but the staff are always friendly and helpful, they've got a fantastic range, and it's all very reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just want to share my exceptional experience at the store recently with an outstanding service from Ben. He was very helpful, well-mannered and assisted me well and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Ben, from a very happy customer.

Worst office works to go to, The staff there are so hopeless. Multiple times I went there to get click and collect photos for pick up and people just ignore you, I was standing in line for more than 30 mins waiting for help with no response. Went to the check out line to try and get help and the service lady nearly had an emotional break down trying to find our click and collect photos.just go to kmart and do it yourself.

Poorly staffed at times, 40 odd people in que with 2 checkouts.

I love this particular store and frequently visit it to do my printing and purchases. In general, staff are friendly, courteous and helpful and I would like to add that my favourite is Kirsty (don't know her surname, unfortunately). She is so friendly, respectable, approachable, fast and efficient with service, plus her great attitude and awareness for serving customers in line is spot on. She makes you feel so individual and important. Great customer service! I hope you look after her and reward her as a very valuable staff member! She's a keeper.

Love going to the register to pay only to find out its alot more expensive as most of the dockets on the shelf are wrong. Then the staff isn't helpful on fixing this.heaps good.

Staff at the front counter is helpful and friendly. No hassle at all when I asked for a price match either.

Have given up shopping at this officeworks. Poor stock control and more often than not in stock items are not actually in stock. There must be a toxic staff culture as staff stare at you from behind the counter while you stand and wait instead of offering help. Staff have no idea when things will be in or just don't care. This one needs a zero stars.

This place is the reason why online shopping is so fantastic. Stop wasting your time with a place that doesn't believe in offering even the tiniest piece of customer service.

If you want something standard like hp printer ink or officeworks 20L container pack of 5 go somewhere else. This place is legendary at being out of stock of items that they should never run out of. A complete joke and a waste of time coming to this store 9 times out of 10.

Went here to look for Xmas wrappers since everywhere else is sold out. I asked a lady if they have any Xmas products but she was so rude and not friendly at all. She said we don't sell Xmas things here and walked away from me. Shop well decorated with Xmas theme but people not so much.
