Best customer service ever! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff who are willing to help you with all of your needs. I recently had to get something printed and staff were very friendly in helping me and even offered to reprint for free. Would highly recommend! Definitely will be returning!

My wife went to the Virginia office works today and there were 2 people plain as day, had no masks on. On enquiring of there mask policy, she was told they are monitoring to make sure people are adhering to the mandatory mask wearing when indoors. Not one person working there approached these 2 about them not having a mask on.

This week I was served by Maddie as I organised to get a family history printed. Maddie was very helpful and made some good suggestions. I think Maddie deserves a 'pat on the back' for excellent service.

Don't get your passport photos here. Go to the Post Office. When I got mine done here initially I was assured it would be suitable for the UK Passport. It wasn't. No response to my follow-up email. I went to Australia Post at Toombul and had no issues at all.

The staff today were wonderful and helpful. They attended to me as soon as I walked in and organised my needs within a few minutes. I was very impressed with the service and the knowledge of the staff member Rob who genuinely cared about my needs. This will be my ‘go to’ store in future.

Hopeless they never answer the phone it's impossible to find out of products in stock the sure says call the store. Officeworks really don't care.

Officeworks Virginia has been my local go-to office supply store for years. The long-term (and new) staff there have always been incredibly accomodating, professional and friendly. The store is always so busy, yet the whole team are able to provide such a high-level of customer service on a consistent basis.

Need more staff. Especially on Saturday. Hard to find anyone to help and waited for ages to get to a register.

I visited Officeworks Virginia on Saturday 2nd of May. We needed assistance with getting a heavy object into a trolley and into the car as I had injured my back. Maddie was super friendly, efficient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very impressed with the level of customer service

Tried calling the store and was unable to connect to speak to someone. Is it store policy to not speak to customers anymore this is the third time I've tried. I'm going to Harvey Norman at least they answer their phones. Never shopping at any office works it's just unprofessional to not have communication with customers via telephone.

Rang them to find out if they had stock of an item I wanted as their online shop said limited stock? Got a message saying we are not answering our phones as we are to busy, check our online store! No option to leave a message they then just hung up. Do you really think I`m going to travel to your store to find out what you have in stock because your to lazy to answer the phone.and you wonder why people buy online. At least you can communicate with the on line stores.

Don’t offer contactless click and collect when your staff don’t answer the phone, you’ve no click and collect car parks and I have to go in anyway. Then argue with the staff member saying that we don’t put orders under company names when the Officeworks account is Under a company name. Store manager please investigate this process and fix. Not a good experience.

Terrible shop - they rarely answer the phone, my "next day" photo prints weren't ready on time (how hard is it to print 4 photos?) and I never received a confirmation when my order was ready and wasted a tonne of time chasing them up. Back to Kmart for me.

Obviously store policy.have enough staff on registers to take your money.have only one person to look after customer need creating line up.

HAve wasted 30minutes of my time waiting for customer to answer the phone what a shonk how come a company so big cannot get their customer service in check.

I have dealt with Rob on a number of occasions and every single time he has been super helpful and proactive when providing solutions to my tech needs. Rob is an absolute champion and an example of what a top-notch sales/customer service assistance should be!

I have had the best customer service at Officeworks at Virginia each time I've visited. Yesterday Henry topped the lot. He is a gem. Quiet, skilled, efficient and helpful beyond expectations. Thank you Henry.

Very poor service at this Virginia store and it appears understaffed. I walked in and was a bit lost so went to counter
to ask for help. Totally ignored - I dont mind waiting as long as someone acknowledges I am there. The store was not busy.
Eventually went to the female cashier
who was quite rude and abrupt. Eventually an older male staff member approached me to ask if he could help which he did with a very good attitude.
Younger female cashier should take a leaf out of his book.
I’ll go to a small family shop in future.

I never will go back Officeworks
I have order some water and never delivery, I Contact the maneger there, He's lie to me say. That will b delivery next day, which I have order water on 9/12/19 and untill 12/12/19. Still never delivery, End up I have to go the store for collection 10x12L bottle water, it's no way do business like that, I will not go back there again, also definitely will let everybody know office works How they treated they"re customers.
