The printing department needs people that knows what they doing and understand printing they are lost on what they doing take 2 days to print something simole and can’t even get it right really bad printing services

The lady at printing section was unwilling to help at all. Tried to ask for help in printing a card both side in 1 page ended up wasting 5x prints.

I would like to thank the staff member Shauna for her professionalism and proactiveness in helping my wife Anna print a photo of our wedding at the Officeworks Southport store. She went above and beyond to help Anna get the best color quality out of the photo and helped her showing kindness and courtesy at all times. Please team, make this accomplishment public and let Shauna know the feedback we're giving her. She has excellent service and a high level of professionalism, extremely attentive and careful with her customers.

Poor customer service and follow up - I would drive to Nerang as there is no customer service - staff are more interested in talking about their night out rather than serving the customers - having said that when you complain they do smile at you and say sorry but with absolutely no convection

Such rude staff. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes (that’s not even an exaggeration) to be served so I could get my book binded and a lady with bright curly hair (looks like chucky) was so incredibly rude and told me she was too busy today to help me and to come back later.

This is a hard one to rate as I have found some staff members quite abrupt/unwilling to help in the past but last week whilst standing in the queue for front counter I overheard a customer & assistant conversation. The customer was wanting to return a diary as faulty - it turns out it was a financial year diary & not what was wanted. The assistant called for help from Jacqueline who was very patient & explained the difference between a financial year diary as oppposed to calendar year & that a receipt or bank statement would need to be brought in for refund. The 3 stars are for Jacqueline who maintained her composure throughout

Don't bother asking for help, the age of the staff are all below 17 and have not been trained to help.

The lady at the printer section working there for a while has the worst service. I came in the morning Wednesday 2nd February and she pretty much just said I have other things to do I’m busy. So rude. The lady with the red hair served me after I waited for the rude lady to leave. She was sweet and nice.

Worst experience, the worst customer service. Amaani the front lady, as I was asking her a question, she unkindly rolled her eyes at me. It’s a shame Officeworks has come to this point, unrespectful customer service.

I've been here multiple times over the last couple of weeks and with the exception of Vince who helped me today, I find the staff very rude and unfriendly. With blunt tone of voice, short responses when spoken to or asked a question and unfriendly faces, they look like they aren't enjoying their job. Not a very pleasant experience over all

Coral at the Southport store is absolutely amazing. She helped me finding the perfect cover for my diary when I told her at the cash register I was buying a pencil case as a last resort to cover the diary. Coral went above and beyond to assist me, running through the shop to get the item for me all whilst serving. Most people just do the bare minimum these days but Coral went above and beyond and absolutely made my day. She has such wonderful customer service and deserves recognition for her helpful and cheery attitude. Thank you Coral, Officeworks is lucky to have you as an employee!

FujiFilm machines have many technical issues.

Orders don’t arrive on time (currently 11 days over their estimated delivery date to get an item from Brisbane, no reason given).

Stock inventory is incorrectly listed on website and staff are unhelpful.

JB-Hifi or Kmart across the road are much better options.

I had to call twice to have someone speak to me. Though, it took 13 minutes to finally reach someone. After telling me they were going to transfer me to a different department, I hung up after 8 minutes of waiting.

Waiting for a delivery for 2 weeks, when I call I get no answer. I regret shopping online on this store.
