I would like to thank Nathan, Technology Manager, and Karen Store Manager for the service they provided to me with the problems I experienced with a printer. They were extremely helpful

It's not often that I leave one star reviews, but after FINALLY getting seen by somebody, he couldn't get rid of me quicker. The old man I saw two minutes ago in the phone department clearly didn't want to help me, straight up gave me a price and no information at all. When I asked to price match he said no and walked away.

Absolutely atrocious service. Half the machines don't work. Not enough staff available to serve people. Waiting 2nd inline for 15mins to print something because the 2nd machine I tried wouldn't print. To then be served by someone who lined up after me. Once I was finally served and handed over the receipts the server walked off and helped 2 other people at machines whilst carrying around my receipts and ended up waiting another 10mins.

This is ridiculous and absolutely apauling service. This is the 3rd time the service has been This bad. How they are still in service is a damn miracle.
If I could give no stars I would, does not dersce even one star!

Terrible service from Andrea at this store today. I simply wanted to return an unopened item I received on the same day using the click and collect service. She had no willingness or urgency - no greeting and even talked to a co worker when I approached her at the counter. Once it seemed like my request was being fulfilled she ignored me till my receipt was provided and turned her back to signal that it was done. Beyond unprofessional, condescending behaviour for what should have been simple and quickly resolved. Awful experience and hope not to be served by her again.

My trip to office works was also to receive a click and collect that was not fulfilled by the estimated 2 hour time guarantee, and instead took over 4 days. This was inconvenient as it was a gift and to be treated in such a way added to the unpleasant experience with officeworks as a whole.

To add, Andrea also accused me of opening the item even though in the 15 minutes I was there she watched me pick the item up and instantly stand in line to return it while even in the click and collect box. I question her integrity as she was clearly finding a way to invalidate and deny my refund.

Officeworks is always good value. Good variety of office supplies and electronics etc. And a wide range of paints and canvasses for artists looking to restock. Staff are friendly and engaging.

Service was non-existent. I had a budget of $2,000 to buy a new laptop, printer, and accessories but no staff could be found except at checkout. I walked out after 20 minutes waiting for service which did not come and so went to Harvey Norman and purchased my goods from outstanding staff who were very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Chalk and cheese!

Large aisles. It's extremely bad lighting though!
Seriously. A couple of flickering bulbs all over the store almost set off my epilepsy!

U NEED TO FIX THIS AS A MATTER OF URGENCY!

You NEED to find a way to control them individually & turn the affected ones off. The bulbs are apparently "special" ones, so here's an idea I won't even charge u for: keep several spares out the back!

Unfortunately, they didn't have the "new" product that I wanted. Unsure why? When the website claimed it was at the store? The person I spoke to claimed that they hadn't received the shipment yet, forcing me to spend an extra $30! I'm quite disappointed.

I just wanted to ask and the front desk young and tall and long hair lady was seriously aggressive, the way of talking was trying to fight, I was so offended by her, I am so disappointed by this store

I don’t appreciate my experience in store tonight. Usually I’m greeted and spoken to with smiles. Unfortunately I was served by Vanessa, who spoke to me with attitude. I waited 5 min at counter without being acknowledged; I approached and said hey to her saying ‘just wait a minute’ I was asked for id which I didn’t have on me as I’d never been asked before to her then questioning why I dont carry around ID like she’s some authority. My phone was dying and she proceeded to slowly type in my name and address after I offered to read out to her but claims she need to read off licence. I asked why she need my name and info to her repling “why do you have a problem”. Like no sorry just wondering. Where you are putting all my information. She eventually passed me on to another member “I’ll get you to deal with that thing” rolls eyes and walks off to then I was served by someone a lot more pleasant who could complete my refund without any problem. Very poor customer service. Letting the brand down.

The front desk lady (Jacqueline) was really rude and dismissive. In which she would not let me borrow the bathroom key, insisting that no one can use the bathroom despite being told by other staff that I could borrow the key from front reception. She was adamant on not giving me the key and I did not feel like I was respected as a customer. I am disappointed by the attitudes of this lady.

The worst office works I’ve been. It’s not the fist time that this happened. Tried many times to print some files with attenders and they say I need to book the job or use the check out machines (which are standard printing) all the times were 2/3 pages. The excuse is: we are busy. You should go to Brisbane city and see what’s busy, even though they still printing.

Worst place ever to shop. Ordered a TV online. Pickup date on receipt says 23rd September. Rang store to find out what time. Low and behold won't be ready till Monday. Shabby as customer service

Disappointing service.
Brought ink cartridges for a 9020 HP laser jet in late July. Attendant got me the 4 colours.
Realised in September when I went to load them, that the Cyan would fit. Went back to the store and advise them and showed them it has a different back on the cartridge.
Shop attendant told me no, this right. Just push it harder for it to click in.
Tried it again. It wasn't fitting. Google the toner and realised they had given me a 955xl instead of the 965xl that my printer takes.

Went back there and eventually they swapped it over, even after the 30day purchase period for toners.

All the stuff looks so busy. But not actually doing anything. Waited 15 minutes to lemonade two pieces of paper. I dont mind Office work pay these stuff for not doing things. But wasting my time is really not acceptable.

Went to Office Works Southport to get ink for my Epson printer. Its a modern common printer but i couldn't find the ink cartridges. Searched the store for an assistant but couldn't find one. Went to the counter and asked the girl about the ink. She knew nothing and said an assistant would come to me at the ink area. Nobody turned up and i eventually had to track down the single floor assistant. He said they don't have the ink for my common printer. Will just shop online somewhere else next time. Terrible service and terrible stock. No point going to a bricks and mortar store expecting better service than online ordering and getting terrible service and non existent stock. Office works should totally reconsider the way they do business.

I went in to buy a double edge tape and a mobile phone prepaid SIM card and was impressed by their very organised Isles. A good range of similar products with prices to pick what you need as per your pocket is very convenient.
