25 cents to scan a page and send it to my email is ludicrous. I'm not using any paper or any ink. It's cheaper to use paper and ink and photocopy. What on earth? Maybe a small charge of 5 cents per page would be okay, but I'm not using any physical resources when I'm sending it to my email. For this reason alone, I will never come to Officeworks. Money Hungary company that can't provide a basic service.

I handed over around 500 important pages to be shredded (‘secure shredding service’ is what they claim), the apparent newly hired girl just charged me and left those important papers on a desk without any notes or message pointing out the purpose of shredding those documents. If your service is called ‘secure shredding’, I feel I have handed my crucial documents in most unsecure hands and that the staff needs to be trained in what the literal meaning of secure is.

Wanted 2 photos printed, took about 40 minutes. The staff are all young teenagers that dont know what they are doing. I approached them about 4 times before I finally got some help and proper service after speaking to 3 different teenage girls. Each one will no idea what to do

I paid online for 6 x 4 photos to be printed and collected from Nerang. I waited 2 weeks and didn't get a phone call. So I called them and they said they are in the drawer. I went down to collect them, got them home and there are another persons photos in with mine.

Rude and unknowable staff - only go to office works if your after a 2B pencil anything else is beyond their capabilities.

Went in to make a quick $500 purchase. Waited in mobile phone section fir 15 mins not so much as an acknowledgement. Have gone elsewhere now

I had a good experience here. Went in to buy a phone that was on offer only to be told that the prices had changed that morning, and had gone up. As I was about to walk out of the shop, a nice staff member recommended I quickly check on the internet for a price match, and they would take beat it. I ended up getting the phone for less than the previously advertised price.

Terrible customer service from a woman named Nathasha. Told me I could replace a printer that was not what we wanted — after sighting the receipt and talking to a coworker about it. She got me to go and look for a replacement, then after 5 mins had to send someone to come and get me because she changed her mind when she ran it by her manager.

Unfortunately after having enjoyed previous visits & purchasing goods for my family as well as our company, i have got to say customer satisfaction is zero after today, no help at all with my needs, when asked what they could regarding a faulty phone less than 4 months old. Needless to say myself, familly & business will look elsewhere to meet out requirements

Very well set up store friendly staff happy to help. Store is bright and well stocked when I had a problem with my pick up order not store fault warehouse fault. Staff and management were great they went above of what I expected keeping me informed all the way.

We needed a pull up banner the next day. The website does say two business days, so I then rang and spoke to a lady in the print shop who was great. She was happy to help and they had the banner printed and ready to pick up the next morning!

Always greeted on arrival, staff always seemed friendly. Good veriety of products. Onsite parking, sometimes limited however.

Went to get an A4 7mm grid book, store was not particularly busy, however could not find what I needed. Searched & looked for someone 2 help me, ALAS, 2 people working the checkout. So when I asked them was there a staff member on the floor, yes. But Jack was busy serving another customer down the back. The lady tol d me to wait until Jack was finished. Did I mention the cashier was at the front of the shop, when she politely yelled 2 Jack, who was down the far end of the shop. Need to work on customer service Office works.
