77 Went their for my office supplies and the service was no where to be found. I also went to do some printing their and they managed to stuff it up as well as taking over 20 minutes to do so.
I went to Pacific Office Supplies in Oxenford and they were so helpful printing out my documents right away as well as assisting me with all my other office supplies
The phone rings for 20 minutes straight, I will be filing a written complaint due the incompetence of the staff. PICK UP THE EFFING PHONE!
2 hand a half hours I spent in store! I come in wanting to spend over $800 on an desk and a privacy board, could never find anyone to help. I wanted to buy a 1200mm whiteboard that said speak to staff to purchase and they ended up telling my it's display only, same goes for the privacy boards. Not everyone wants to wait 3 days for orders to come in when it's in store ready to go. Change your signs! Never returning
Me as a child walking up to the counter that had the massive balloons “KIDS HELPLINE” above it, the lady at the counter was extremely rude to me, thought it was funny considering their support to that service.contradicting
I was overcharged for a product. When I complained the following day I was asked to prove it beyond showing the price on the shelf as they said it could have changed. Disgusted!
Staff not pick up ringing phone from NRS (National Relay Service) I am deaf. Because I NRS call tried yesterday like one hour and today still no answer maybe staff refused pick up ringing from NRS or keeping ignore ringing. I very disappointed for late order click and collect….
I took my phone in for repair as it was still under warranty, staff told me it would take 3 weeks. After 4 weeks I attempted to phone to enquire about the progress however the phone just rang and I gave up after 5 minutes of no answer. I then went in to store to discover that my phone was back and no one had the courtesy to let me know. Poor customer service. Come on have some integrity Officeworks.
Terrible service, once again their online website has double charged my credit card on school booklists AGAIN! And they won't refund my money, they said once products arrive in store I will be refunded, products are in store, and I still haven't been refunded AND CANT GET HOLD OF ANYONE TO GET MY REFUND. USLESS! NEVER AGAIN!
This store has the nicest & friendliest staff. So glad they gave us an aisle guide for the booklists. The range of products was really good, they usually out the cheapest options down the bottom. 10/10 would recommend this store over other to friends & family
Love the store variety of products.
But you need to hold a staff meeting before store opening. Floor Staff need to go up to the shopper and ask if they need some knowledge on the product. Half the time we don't know what we are looking for and need assistance.
Also please have someone manning the phones at all times. Looks bad on you management.
Collective criticism.
Try to get in contact with their normal phone number through different lines and can only get through at certain points of their opening hours and only on certain days, it’s like they just ignore the phone
You have to call multiple times for them to even answer, last time I called it took 9 times for them to answer. When they do answer it's rude and arbrupt with no manners. I've had them even answer with "yes" and that was it. In store no respect and acknowledgement of their customers. Honestly drive to Brisbane and go to their Milton store best service is there. I've had nothing but issues with the Nerang stores customer service and believe management needs to shake things up to make their store stand out and treat their customers with respect.
Really need to train ALL their staff
Although have many times got the same prints from the same files done (literally the same files were created over a year ago and reprinted by other staff a few times). All of a sudden they cannot print double sided

Every page is a seperate file? !? ! Now the files have to be the same file?

If this was a one off it would be ok. The amount of times I have left with my time wasted and my printing still needed to be done.from a place branded Officeworks with a counter call print counter. I would think getting my office work printed would be pretty standard.

Yes there is some great staff there, friendly and very helpful but if you do not train them ALL to an acceptable level of competence the downside outweighs the up.

I will have to buy a printer from somewhere now as I cannot continue to waste my time here
Would rate a zero if I could considering I never actually received any service. Have called this store twice until the phone rings out (6 minute calls each) and yet no one has bothered to answer. Why bother having a number to call if you don’t ever answer? Customers on the phone are just as important as customers in the store!
Don't answer their phones. Dropped something off in the copy center at 8am. Have been phoning constantly for the last hour with no answer as I wish to change my order slightly. The phone just rings out. When i dropped my work off at the counter there was only 1 person serving hardly anyone else in sight in the store. Go somewhere else would be my advice. Very poor service.
Burleigh Heads staff didn’t want to process a Afterpay refund.so despite living in Burleigh.travelled to Nerang Officeworks and within 5 minutes got a refund into my Afterpay account.
Says a lot about Burleigh Heads customer service experience, Nerang appear more helpful and friendly in my opinion and experience.
Ask a staff to operate one of there photo developing machines and all I got from three different staff was “just play around with it cause we don’t know how to use it”, I tried to find the store manager ask why do the staff not know how to use or operate a product in store. Then I got ignored the whole time I was in your establishment. The worst experience in a office works store to date. Time to re train your staff!
Called 4 times to try & check if they had an item in stock before driving there. Hung on phn waiting for total of 30 mins then gave up as no answer. I went somewhere else in the end to get the item I was enquiring abt. Would be gd if they answer their phn.
Thanks to Bella, she saved the Dinosaurs day. I had know idea what I was doing, ie printing email from phone my phone
Who doesn't love officeworks. I can wander around for ages and find something I hadn't see last visit. They always say hello and are always helpful
