Absolutely outstanding service by the lovely Nikita, she was absolutely 100% the friendliest person I've ever met out of any stores I've been to. She made my whole week so much better. I'll definitely be back next time I need supplies!

They have figured out that a lot of products listed on Amazon don't have any info about how long the warranty is.

So when trying to price match, the first thing they wanted to see (after model number, if it's in stock and price) is the warranty info.

First time using print and copy. Jaime helped me book in a job online. Was very friendly and was easy to follow direction. I’ll definitely book it from home next time.

I would tell Mr Forstpointer to get vaccinated also, what a d###, just his attitude about vaccination tells his attitude.

Officeworks policies, computer systems and store staff need a refit!
While waiting for an order, I seen three children picking up new thick textas and colouring in whole pieces of paper, changing colour and going again multiple times. I told the staff member standing next to me awaiting my order and all she could say was, "I know and we get in trouble for it! "
She didn't stop the kids and just went about her business. It wasn't until I gave their mother a look that she told her kids to not use the new textas.
So.don't buy any textas from Officeworks. You only get half a life but pay full price.
Apparently, it's also policy that a refund can only be applied if it goes back on the credit card you paid with. If you don't have it with you, you get a gift card for the amount?
It's all about the business, stuff the customer.

Found an item I wanted, web site said low stock, so called Nerang store, they said they had 1 item left in stock, asked the young bloke to put it aside, he said ok, finalise the order, didn't hear anything for 2 hours, rang back to check if it was ready to pickup, after 10 minutes of confusion lady finally said yes, it was late by then, drove down the following morning and the bloke told me I can't pick it up it's on back order, told him what I was told, he walked around the store looking in different cupboards and out the back for about 20 minutes, he said sorry it's just not here, what happened to the pair that I was told were here, probably a broken pair he said, I rang to check if the stock was there so this wouldn't happen again, shenanigans like this is common for this store thats if they even answer the phone. I'll cancel the order Monday and get it cheaper online and probably won't use this store again.

Great place to visit for all your needs. Staff are super friendly and helpful. A lovely lady showed me how to use the photocopy machines (black hair and glasses) we had a joke and a friendly chat. Good to see not everyone has lost their personality due to current circumstances.

Photo printing staff arent the best (dont want to help and untrained, the self service doesnt allow you to delete photos after they have told you there of poor quality, go to kmart or somewhere else.

I was at nerang office works this afternoon after 3 pm print some e mail papers, I had this beautiful young lady help me through everything, so plight, so helpful, if was up to me would take me ages.

The Print and Copy Service at this store is second to none! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond (way beyond) even my wildest expectations to make sure they delivered on my purchase. Very very impressed - Kayla and co, kudos. Huge appreciation for you. X

Totally unhelpful and inconsiderate to the disabled. Spoke to a girl there today who could not care less. Discrimination at its best. Off to the anti discrimination board asap

I used to love shopping here for all my office supply’s for my company, but never again will I spend a cent here. Not after being discriminated against and turned away for my vaccination status. No information on their website or social media just rude attendants when you get to the front door. Even after I am full vaccinated I won’t be shopping here again. It’s not just the discrimination in a company that doesn’t require a stance over vaccination, but the lack of attainable information about it.

Put an ipad on hold with my contact details for my son's school. Sold it to someone else and out of stock by the time I arrived to pick it up. I drove specifically to the store and my number was on the iPad! Poor service.

Some pathetic excuse why she couldn't honour the price match. Went to burleigh office works and they did with no hesitation.

Went to print some documents for something that came up last minute at the Nerang Officeworks. I checked the website to make sure it would still be open before I made the 20 minute drive. Upon my arrival at 8pm, I was greeted by an indifferent customer service representative who was standing behind a table blocking the door who informed me that the store closed at 7pm. Not even an apology was offered despite the website saying the store would be open until 9, which by the way said it was only updated 3 days ago (see picture) Unbelievably poor customer service.

Some staff are helpful. The managers on the other hand are not very helpful. Have been to 2 different stores and both times was not impressed with the service they offer. Most products are over priced and the products can be found and purchased at a better price elsewhere. Personally look elsewhere. I will not be going to be shopping with this business again.

Something seriously wrong with the staff here. Watched the staff member just walk in circles for 20 minutes, pick up some stuff, go to the toilet before getting my order. Then said sorry about the wait. I guess she didn't like me.it's hard not to take that kind of stuff personally. I feel like I need counseling after visiting this store. Won't order from them again.

I bought a used IPad Pro from a phone repair store, the same day spent roughly $100 on accessories here.

The IPad broke within 3 hours of its first use, the retailer offered me a full refund as they claimed it was not repairable.

This store also offered me a full refund of my purchased accessories.

This store is pathetic. The staff are useless. The Manager needs to be sacked. Read all the other reviews too. What a joke.
