Have always done my printing with minimal wait here at Morayfield. Sometimes the girls get busy and you have to come back. Never experienced rude staff here.actually i found them rather friendly and helpful.
Worst customer service I’ve ever received for printing. The lady had no idea what she was doing and was very rude about it I just wanted to know what time I’d get my photos and she answered everything with we will send you a text
If you enjoy horrible customer service, unanswered questions, and dumbfounded staff members looking at you with a smirk when you're clearly unsatisfied.then OFFICEWORKS! MORAYFIELD IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!
Went here for some professional assistance with some specialised photcopying and was fobbed off to the self service stations. After trying to figure out how to use it for a few minutes and wasting my money experimenting, I stormed out with nothing but the originals.
Half an hour for a photocopy of one page when it wasnt even being used & there were 3 staff just at the desk. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Refuse to print or scan few pages without booking hours or days before that

Self scanning and printing machines frequently out of order
Printed documents out of self printing machine are of very poor quality
Told by staff to drive to neighboring officeworks but not given directions to get there.
Staff unable to correctly remember customer requirements
Today I spoke to Chantell (? Spelling) by phone and I was very impressed with her willingness to help me with my printing query. She gave several options and then when asked offered suggestions on what computer would best suit my budget, As a former business owner I notice professionalism and believe Chantell is an asset to your store.
