69The staff don't seem like they even want to be there. One of the most miserable officeworks I've been too.
Went in today the 30/12/21 at approx. 10.30 to 11.00 am just wanted to get my covid19 letter reduced to card size small purchase staff member in the photo coping section dont know name had no name badge, did not offer greeting to me or my friend who wanted the same thing he must have been having a bad day i was standing back as required and when he realised i wanted the same was told should have told him so he didnt have to go back and forward not good service was going to purchase a tablet as well wont be doing that.
They most definitely do not home deliver, in spite of their web site saying they do! False advertising and fraudulent sales technique
Wife just stood in line for 10 minutes while staff ignored her and talked amongst themselves and didn't serve her thanks guys
Just wanted to print off one photo. Got told to self serve and tried to scan the barcode multiple times. We asked a lady named Kara to help us or get someone to help us and she said she would do what she could to help. She basically forgot we even asked for help while we stood there for 15 minutes waiting for help. Another lady named Kayla saw us and finally asked us if we needed help. We told her it wasn’t working and got told “you need to scan the barcode”. Yeah we know that. It isn’t working. She went off to try and help us and after another 5 minutes we finally got our one photo. It’s absolutely appalling how we basically got ignored for so long after asking for help. It wasn’t even busy with only two other people asking for printing. If your self serve printing isn’t working, don’t tell us to use it.
Note to self: just got to Kmart for printing
Would like to give a shout out to Connor he so patiently helped us with our online order and then ran into the car park to give us our missing items, thank you Connor, for your great customer service!

Went to buy a keyboard today. 10 staff standing around. Asked staff if anyone knows about keyboards, they had no knowledge. After finally someone coming down to serve us we were told we are doing stocktake. So, you still have a business to run. If you don’t want to serve people during stocktake close the doors! Terrible attitude,
Worst service, staff unhelpful, only gave 1 star because I can't give them any less if I had it my way I wouldn't give them any. Spent 45 mins in there with no help no service and 8+ staff members standing around talking with each other. Didn't want to go out of the way for the customer minimum effort from staff.
This place has it all, helpful staff, easy access, but prices are never cheap apart from advertised specials, however, at least they normally stock what we need, even difficult to get items.
There's never enough staff available. I wanted to buy a laptop, stood around for ages trying to get someone's attention but was just ignored. We went across the carpark to the Good Guys and had someone offer help within a few moments of arriving. I've come in quite a few other times to buy small things but they're often out of stock of what I want, I usually leave empty handed.
15/5/21 Was looked after by Ken today in the IT section. Knew his stuff which was handy. Help me choose the right printer.
3yrs ago 4 Star. Was greeted by Matt at the door, very friendly and helpful. The store is laid out pretty well. Love checking out what is in the bargain bins. After bottle water? Well they sell it there in packs of 24 (600ml bottles). I have used their Mailman service before, which is pretty handy to use when Australia Post is closed.
Good store with a wide variety of goods plenty of pens.being a pen freak that is great. Stationery various computer technology and other goods.staff helpful and friendly. Go on have a look for yourself.
Tried to print a single photo. The kiosk wouldn't connect to phone and the people are less than helpful. Go to kmart. Faster. People help. Same price. Kiosks work

Have always had good experiences here, and in particular when I made a warranty claim, all fixed, no fuss, no delay.
Useless. The last couple of times I have been here have been disappointing to say the least. From the lack of knowledge, no help, to the click and collect bay that they don’t even answer the phone for, you either have to go in yourself or find the store number and call that. Avoid this store if possible
Little to no product knowledge amongst most staff.
If you are going to go hear do your research on what you are after because I have found it very hard to get any decent information out of staff. Anything electrical seems to be a fend for yourself kind of situation. The staff are friendly enough but simple compatability questions etc seem to be too much for most staff and a " I don't know " isn't the right response. Having said that there are 2 staff members who will try and find out anything they don't know.
Bought a chair from here and purchased extended/additional warranty. Chair failed after 3 months and was told by manager directly to "get stuffed, maybe you shouldn't be buying Officeworks chairs? " when attempted to replace under warranty.
