Officeworks Morayfield

Wanted help to print photos with them for the first time. Was sent home and told to do it via the app.

Poor service. Staff don't seem interested in assisting, all too much trouble. Go elsewhere if possible.

The young man who served us was amazing. He knew so much about art products, which was helpful since I knew nothing. Thank you.

Went to office works morayfield. Horrible experience. Have moved from NSW to Queensland and had used officeworks in NSW.
But this experience was awful. No help. Was told to just go and short it out myself staff not interested in helping and busy doing there own thing. Won’t ever visit again. Will try different stores but not another officeworks.

Bad customer service.
Very slow.
No one to help.
And they can't print A4 picture without making it much smaller!
Stay away!

This shop is a long way off the track. It is on like an industrial estate. The main Morayfield shopping centre is way down the road. You have to be a local to find it. Can see bargains online from this store, but you have to make a special journey there to get them.

Great store, really helpful staff, Laptop I was after was out of stock apart from the display, I asked about it and they ended up giving me the display model in as new condition for a great deal they price matched $-200 and then discounted further for being a display:) definitely recommend

The place was quite when I went in there.when I ask where something is and all your are doing is stacking a shelf how about taking 2 seconds out of your busy day to show me where it is.and being courteous believe or not is actually part of your job and not turning your back to customers is very rude.
Front counter staff are great.

Customer service in this place is dreadful. Ruined the binding job i PAID them to do, was offered no restitution for their incompetence. Lost my paper clamps and was treated like a freeloader when i asked for them to be replaced, which they did not do. Just awful.

Do not bother trying to get photos printed.

The machines don't work, staff have only one method of a "fix" which is to turn it off and turn it on again. Which doesn't work. Wifi network didn't work and the machine kept crashing when using a USB cable.

Wasted so much time here and left without any photos. Hours of my life i will never get back, i feel ripped off. They advertise such amazing services and don't deliver on any of it.

Not going back again soon, my printer ink comes from cartridge world already so i'm not seeing any real reason to return.

Passport Photos rejected on my application. Do not waste your time and money getting your passport photos here. The photos were too small and too bright to be acceptable. Just what I need- more stress in my life. While the Officeworks employee gave friendly and speedy service, the results were of no use to me. GIVE THEM A MISS.

Such a crazy busy place at the moment, staff seem to keep their cool and bribe customers with chuppa chups

Went to purchase a monitor stand. The price marked was $29.00. They put a product at $49.00 in the spot marked $29.00 and did not honour the price.

Big thank you to Caity today for her wonderful customer service. She was very caring and helpful. It was awesome to walk into a store and receive such excellent service. Well done.

Update still 1 star review. I rang and spoke to the manager as I was wanting a printer than scans and prints. She states I dont know anything about this and you will need to call back later on. Absolute incompentance at its worse. I will shop at the Office Works in the city who are far superior

This is my local officeworks and I love it. They will help me out with printing when they can and are always nice and polite.

Hopeless staff. Incompetent and completely stuffed up a simple binding process. No communication skills whatsoever. I will never trust them to do any of my tasks ever again. I suggest you do the same.

Went to Officeworks Morayfield today to purchase a printer. When I finally found a staff member to help with some questions the response was basically a point and run response. Very poor service, going to goodguys as at least they spend time assisting you with your questions.

Arrived to collect school bookpack to be told it wasn't going to be ready for another week. No correspondence whatsoever about this. Were told we were welcome to scrounge bare essentials in the meantime though this totally defeats the purpose of the bookpack collection service and most items were sold out. What's the point in offering a 48 hour guarantee if you can't provide it? So dissapointed with our experience.

Was greeted by Matt at the door, very friendly and helpful. The store is laid out pretty well. Love checking out what is in the bargain bins. After bottle water? Well they sell it there in packs of 24 (600ml bottles). I have used their Mailman service before, which is pretty handy to use when Australia Post is closed.
