Officeworks Morayfield

Do any Officeworks actually answer the phone? 2 calls. 2 different branches.no answer.just annoying music. 33 minutes down.still no one answering. Just the same old repetitive whistling music. Officeworks.if you are not going to employ people to take phone calls, dont have a phone.

Bought a new Samsung from here. Came with free headphones values $350 or something. Never got the headphones. Was a scam. You have to deal with American office workers who will continually pass you from team to team for several months. Costing you time also. To no avail. This rating is for Officeworks supporting this scheme.

I attended your store on Saturday to get some printing & book binding done.
Had the good fortune to get "Team Member: Eva" (on the receipt).
First class service - hang on to that person!

Not a bad stop for MOST of your office needs. But I would recommend that you cross train more of your staff. When I went in to get some paperwork photocopied there was 1 person manning the Print and Copy station. The line up for her was at least 4/5 people, all with custom orders/requests. Meanwhile about 4 staff hovered around, talked.while she was left to sort through everyone alone. I understand they may not be trained but it was horribly frustrating for both myself, the other customers, the guy who walked out and the staff member. Otherwise the rest of my trips there have been pretty good and quick.

Quick easy service, parking isn't so good, very small parks and usually busy due to other store in same carpark.

Stupid Camara took pictures not demonstration right skin right colour at all have to do right thing and honest

I would have thought ordering and paying online then Click & Collect would be the fastest & easiest way to shop. NOT AT ALL.
The time you have to wait for staff to bring your goods out to you I could have done the shop personally in half the time. Very disappointed Office Works

Team member Dani was helpful and instructive, helped me find what I was after and saved me the pain of waiting through the queues with only one item. Went out of her way to help and made the day for me.

Tried to get Justyn to help me but he was hopeless. Not sure if they are competent enough. Very rude and not helpful.worst service ever

Customer service at this store is horrendous. 5 visits to this store and only 1 was positive. Every time there are large groups of customers gathered around the counter waiting to be served while either one staff member rushes around or that one staff member sits at the back printers refusing to ask customers if they need help or call for help.

What makes it more infuriating is that there is often 4 other staff wondering around the store packing shelves completely blind to the fact there is now a long line forming at the counter. Strangely they often all appear out of no where when the line finally goes. It’s like they are all avoiding serving.

Oh when you finally get served you get attitude or next to no effort. At one point I waited 30 mins to have the self serve printer restocked while 4 out of 5 staff stood around with not a care in the world, even after I alerted one of them to the problem. Only one person must be equiped with the skill to stock printer paper in a printer. Strange for a place that is called Office Works!

Seems there are numerous reviews with similar experiences so surprised that Office Works isn’t onto this. Last time I shop here, burned too many times

I'm a patient person but 3 people standing around while I'm waiting 20 minutes to pick up photos so ask if one guy could grab it nic I think and said sorry can't do anything about it then asked another guys 5 mins later and grabbed it straight away. I would be ashamed to employ something that slack and rude

Amazing service! Was printing wedding menus and was served by a young girl, Lani who was amazingly friendly and helpful! Enjoyed my experience here

Handy, good range and prices. The car park access is frustrating due to the congestion on the street

20 minutes wait for printing one document. Couldn’t use self serve printer as it was occupied (only 2 available). There was a long queue of people waiting and only one staff was available to serve.

Went there tonight with the intention of buying a series 7 apple watch for my wife. With the ever so unhelpful Dom on the front counter who basically said about 3 words after being asked if they had any in stock. Unfortunately for your store, you only had the series 3 in stock, however we were told there was no watches we were after on the northside of Brisbane.

After leaving the shop, I decided to call the North Lakes store. Confirming my suspicion, a lovely young lady (didn't quite catch her name) was very helpful on the phone and went looking for the watch we were after, found it and put it behind the counter for us to collect 20mins later.

Up your game Morayfield. Stores around you are benefitting from your poor customer service.

The staff are very helpful but you need alot more. It is ridiculous how long it takes to be served. But its management fault not the staff. They are doing their best trying to get through line of customers who have been waiting 10mins.

Very happy with items I found and was happy browsing to what they had. They had a pretty good variety of items.

Wanted to buy a phone. Asked a young staff member if she could help me. While she was attempting to assist me another more senior female staff member interrupted and told her not to because she had just clocked off and was not getting paid to talk to me. The embarrassed young girl did as she was told and walked off. Young lady, your willingness to help a customer even after clocking off deserves to be applauded, and your so-called superior needs to learn some manners and customer service skills.

Jesse in charge tonight was extremely helpful with helping me fix my business card stuff up. He spent a lot of time and effort with us and we had an amazing outcome! Very impressive customer service, definitely left Very happy

Karyn is incredibly rude to customers, makes you feel like you are wasting their time when trying to buy items. Worst officeworks I’ve ever been to
