Officeworks Loganholme

Asked an employee for assistance finding and item, and I was asked to find someone else to ask as he didn’t want to help us.

Absoloutely atrocious service in the copy centre department. Every time I have been in to use the copy centre services the staff have been so bad you would think that you have ruined their day. Not only do they make it clear they don’t want to help you, they also blame you for any mistakes they make (this has happened numerous times).
Three customers in line were also complaining of the lack of service they received and were vocal about how they felt unvalued.
Today I actually phoned the store to complain and the man I spoke to couldn’t have cared less. His response was “aw that’s no good”.
It seems with all the other complaints on this page, that the complaints aren’t taken seriously. I will go somewhere else in future, not that they seem to mind anyway. If you want professional and FRIENDLY service, DO NOT goto the office works in Loganholme.

My 5 star review is for a staff member there named Venura. This man helps me every time I come into the store, welcomes me with a smile on his face and remembers my face too. He has helped me carry big office chairs to my car and even gets rid of the rubbish left over for me as packing it into my small car was not easy. But it was with Venura assisting me, it was easy. The thing that stands out is that it was no effort to help me as its was done with his pleasure to be helpful. Venura has very single time attended to my needs at officeworks to the point that Im actually hoping he is around every time I walk in. I hope management notice this hard working employee because he definitely stands out when it comes to amazing customer service. 5 stars for Venura and well done for hiring such an amazing staff member. I go to your store because of Venura. Cant beat good customer service:)

Not helpful at all - made a phone call before going in for our printing needs then when we got down there they weren't able to help. Wanted to but another type of paper from their store so we could get the printing done, but besides from pointing a finger to the paper section absolutely no help at all. Walked out empty handed and fustrated.

The worst customer service ever. Even 1 star is too much.
Staffs don't know how to use a print machine.
Waited 30mins to print for only 1 x A3 paper!
The manager was very rude too.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS that's what they would be getting.

Good luck with them actually having stock items that you go there for. Won't give you a similar item that is only slightly more expensive for the same price ($4). It would have cost me that in fuel going there today and again tomorrow to pick up the item I bought that should have been there today
