They have a wide range but some of their products are of poor quality and their service leaves a lot to be desired.
I rang on how to return a product I was told to take it and receipt in for refund, I did this only to be told that they can't do this they will just replace a part. This was after spending about an hour either waiting for some healp or for someone to locate a replacement product.
I definitely won't be going back again and they do not honour their policies.
Ive tried 3 times in 24hrs to leave a review on their website only for the to say its been declined with no specific reason why.

The reps are really friendly but 9/10 of them have no idea how to use a computer. This I can live with, I used to work with produce and know nothing about food. What I can't stand is purchasing a specific type of print one week, then coming in again to be told by another rep (the one who clearly knows nothing about computers) that the requested job is not part of their services.despite me having bought exactly that a week before. Not only this, but her overall attitude and communication skills were abysmal, despite the fact that she is literally paid to make people want to come back.

If they made it possible for the good quality printers to also be self-serve, this would be a 5 star rating, because I could walk in, get thr print I need, and not have to stand at the countrr arguing with an ignorant person for five minutes.

Terrible customer service! I placed an order over the phone and they didn’t have it and then I needed a couple of accessories and was only pointed to the aisle. No offer to help. It was like all too much trouble, not impressed and won’t go back to the store. They lost about $1100 sale today.

Be careful to check the price when paying up in this shop. Take a photo first. The label at the rack clearly said $10 for 3 pack, see photo. But when I was paying up it scanned as $29. Then the salesman removed all the labels saying they were incorrect.

This one is dedicated to a young incompetent female who was on the closing shift on Australia day. She lacks basic customer service skills and the ability to perform a simple task. Now I wouldn't expect someone to process what I required at closing time and I was outside of the store. But as it stands I was a paying customer already inside the store and without warning over the P. A system to say the store is closing she refused to continue her duties as someone who is paid to work there! If your capabilities are limited and it is a major task for you to scan one document perhaps you should go back to packing shelves! Or better yet sweeping the floors.

Went in get passport photos done. Was told to wait as there was only one person who can take the picture. After waiting for 10 minutes I approached the staff again to ask how long would be the wait. I was refused service as they were busy as it’s Christmas time. I’ve never ever heard a reason like this for not providing service.

So I bought a pair of Samsung Pro buds from here for $298 for a Birthday present. Then about 3 days later, all the major retailers (inc. OW) dropped the price to $248, including Samsung themselves. I went back in store with my receipt and asked if they (OW) did anything similar to JB HiFi or Good Guys where if the price drops within 30 days they’ll refund you the difference.
Straight up told ‘Nope. Definitely not, and the others you mentioned require you to join a loyalty program first’ (not true*). Upon discussing the absurdness of them not matching a direct competitor, was still told no.
What they didn’t realise was that because the item was unopened & sealed still, I was entitled to a ‘change of mind’ refund. So I told them to refund me in full, then I’ll go to JB HiFi and buy them there for $248, which I did.
Terrible customer service from 2 x staff, salty attitudes and zero willingness to assist in any way.
I even had to chase up the refund a week later as Marie (from memory) didn’t even process the refund.

*Had the exact same issue with a Galaxy Watch a few years ago purchased from JB HiFi, went in & asked, they refunded me the difference straight away, no problems & no ‘Loyalty’ program.

Fairly ordinary experience. If you have staff in specialist sections please train them in that area.

Literally the best customer service of any store I have visited. After a warm welcome from the lovely front of store person on entry, who helped locate where I needed to be and the direction of the pick up area, someone else was with me within seconds, and off she went to find my pick up. While I waited the few minutes for her to come back, (my order was hidden under some other orders) I was asked by every single employee that walked past me, (6 no less) was I okay, was someone serving me or did I need help. All were exceptionally friendly and cheerful as well. I left the store to a big smile and best wishes for Christmas. What a great experience. Commendable staff in this store!

The cashier said the cable was long but he lied & scammed me with the smallest cable ever. The cashier had no knowledge about the earphones I brought & just wanted the money. Worst customer service.

Never attended phone properly. I waited for 25 minutes one team member talked me 2 second she said I donot know this thing she transferred me then I waited again and my phone disconnected.
Not happy at all.

Walked in for a powerline adapter for home network, staff knew his stuff. Told me how to isolate and confirm power socket - purposely emailed me a receipt forewarned i could be back to return/exchange as it depended on my home network. I had to come back for an exchange, and he provided a resolution within seconds- great staff! Definitely coming back here.

Office works the same everywhere went to buy a phone but could not find a staff member to help so it was off to JB hifi for the purchase.
