Store is advertised to close at 9pm. Went to the store to pick up a print I had ordered, arrived at 8: 50 and the doors were already shut. Super disappointed as I wasn't able to get to the store any earlier and banked on it being open until 9 as advised

I used to be able to get their help on the spot to print things and it was great service and so easy, it's all self service now or wait 5 days and pick up. I needed only 2 pages printed onto cardstock, wasnt coming back for that so tried self service reluctantly. Had to pay a pre service charge of $3 on the self service machine- thought I'd try paper instead, as it's just for some birthday invitations. Couldn't get it right with the first file, so had to stop, fix it, and try again. Another $3 pre service charge and tap of card. Printed and wrong size again. Wasted time and money. Won't be back again because I used to be able to send them an image and they duplicate it on the page for me in 2 seconds and do it to the right size. If your store is so busy that you can't do on the spot for people and help them, why don't you hire more staff. I guess profits are the only thing that matter anymore for big business and soon it will all be self service.

I am a support worker and Saturday I was out with quite a difficult charge. Jordan came to my assistance, he was really patient and read the situation very well. Polite, helpful and cheerful and knew what he was doing - thank you! You restored my faith in humanity.

When I said I needed help for ages the staff member said they are busy.

I just wanted to share some feedback on this store. At first I would have said I won't shop at this location again, but not I won't be returning to an Officeworks and I will be cancelling my business account. My Pickup order arrived 2 days after it was meant to be at store, costing me more money in staff wages to collect it, no communication or feedback was received after 4 complaints and I caught two of the managers flat out lieing to me about what they said. One told me the stock was delivered on a Saturday (they don't get deliveries on a Saturday), so my order, although marked as urgent and had been subject to 2 complaints was left a day before I rang them to follow up. Then after the store manager tried to mansplain her way out of what had happened agreed to reimburse some of my costs in the form of a gift card to be posted to me. I waited 2.5 weeks for the card and then when I was near the store went and saw them. The store manager was not there but gave a message to the manager on duty saying they had posted it on x date. 2m5 weeks ago and I should wait until 1 more days have passed and I should get it! I live 30 kilometres away, it should not take postage 3 weeks! Today the gift card was delivered to my letterbox, by someone in a car, it did have a stamp on it, but of course no post mark obviously as it wasn't delivered by the postman. So not only did the store manager lie to me also, but they tried to cover it up. Why couldn't they admit they forgot or made a mistake? Why lie? Why not just communicate the problem, apologise and then fix it. 3 days ago I was literally in the store. They could have just cancelled the one they claimed was purchased by the manager on x date and given me a new one? Why go to the trouble of lieing and then even placing a stamp on a hand written envelope thatbthen got delivered by someone in a car. Yes I saw them, my dogs barked! My postman rides a motorcycle! And even now after 4 complaints, not wven an area manager or someone higher up with actual training in complaints and customer service has called me and explained, apologised or anything! So this review is now here for all to read. Please avoid this store and especially the store manager Jamie!

Store set up is good. It was the lack of enthusiasm from the girl at the service counter. A simple smile would suffice.

I asked for a bag for my item and lady that served me (Cailin) just threw a paper bag on the counter and called on another customer while I was frantically trying to open the bag.

Awful service and services.
Needed to collect a print submitted online.
Danny wouldn’t simply print them for me. Insisted I create an account, pre-load a card and go to a self service kiosk.
Apparently they don’t help you print anymore because another store burned down.

Mt Gravatt store printed docs for me the day before without issue. These guys simply don’t care about customers.

Save yourself some stress - go to Mt Gravatt instead.

For someone visiting for the first time. I drove past the driveway entry point and headed back onto the motorway.so I had to round-robin back.
Staff member at the door had no idea which aisle I needed to go to to find what I was after, they didn't ask another staff member for advice, nor did they offer to get someone to assist any further.

Worst Ever customer service this store have. I am experiencing this 2 times and decide not visit this store. More than 10 staff around and having a cheat and only one or two staff running around 5 mins job you will get done in 45mins in this store

Your waiting for 30 mins to just laminate a piece of paper. Get sent to the print and copy station (has 1 employee there teaching people to use it, need to have 2 people there! Just for the employee to walk away DOING NOTHING and come back after TO SERVE me! Male employee with a beard and old lady with short hair doing all the work and doesn’t call for many one and talks to me said says won’t be long like I wasn’t waiting for 30 mins in front of her

Order disappeared in the system.no communication purchased a printed shirt online for a christmas present well in advance. After the shirt never arrived to the store I had to call countless different phone numbers and was told that it should have arrived, the order never existed, this order cant be tracked and an assortment of other excuses.was told several times that I would be called back but this never occurred.pretty disappointing guys.

Sadly, the equipment was utterly hopeless. But the staff, Brock, Olivia and Zac (I think his name was Zac) were so helpful.the self service photo area was failing, but these three made it ok. Thanks for your help, and your problem solving.
